    This application works and is a added bonus to a already great charger.
  • Best charger

    This is the best charger on the market. Worth every penny.
  • Too intrusive, but works

    Charger works, and let’s you select individual charge profiles, but is challenging to understand. It’s not real clear on how to change and set charge profiles. Secondly, they REQUIRE you to have location services on to operate the app. Had I known his, I would have passed on the purchase. My business is mine, not theirs.
  • Does not display dashboard

    App sees the charger, displays the serial number but never displays the dashboard.
    At times it appears to flash a quick glance of it then it disappears.
    It also interrupts/stops charging.
    Causing the charger to display the 3 indicator lights to flash on a sequential pattern.
    Local cart techs answer was not to use the app.
  • Bluetooth?

    Is there a way to check the battery power you have remaining without being plugged in? RE: onboard charger
  • Only works with internet signal

    Keeps saying offline even with 3G. It just Bluetooth! Connect and read the dang charger that’s all it needs to do! Why would the app need internet access to Bluetooth with the charger? Makes the app worthless to people in the country with poor cell service.

    Internet connectivity is only required for the cloud connectivity functionality of this app. Bluetooth is sufficient for simply interfacing with this charger. Please check that you have not paired with the charger. If your phone or device lists the charger as a paired device, remove the pairing and try connecting again. You may be interpreting the offline text as a status; however, instead, it is a mode to access various functionality when not connected via Bluetooth to the charger.   • It used to work

    I used to be able to get it to recognize other chargers, but now, even though the iPhone is charging, the app says no chargers connected.

    The battery meter is saying that my battery is 100% charged, but the yellow LED indicator is still flashing. I also can’t access the cloud to download new profiles, nor can I view the preloaded profiles that are supposed to be installed on the app itself.

    To access profiles from the cloud, the charger can not actively be charging. You may use the "STOP CHARGING" button on the dashboard to de-activate charge mode. Once you can access additional profiles, via the charger or the cloud, selecting a profile with a higher capacity may help with a better SOC experience.
