    Not user friendly. Very limited to what it can do. Frustrated that this is my new employers choice
  • I can’t believe it’s still in use

    It’s one of the worst apps I’ve ever been forced to use. It’s truly awful. Won’t log, crashes and you can’t adjust your time when it does that happens. It’ll look like you’ve logged in or out then, when you go back in to log into your next session, you notice you weren’t actually logged in or out the first time! So many issues (smh). There needs to be better quality control. Not just “bug fixes”.

  • Problematic

    This app is constantly problematic. It works when it feels like working. I only use it for my part time job, but I wouldn’t recommend it or use it any other time.
  • Can’t record hours or get technical support

    Cannot submit and log hours because error message for hours exceeded shows up even though hours have not been exceeded. I’ve submitted schedules for the last week at least six times, refresh it and it’s still not submitted again. I’ve sent technical logs phone calls and emails for help.

    As a registered nurse, I love that I can check in, capture my patient signature and check out. I love this app.
  • Scrolling to input time must be removed!

    Entering my time is tedious! I always wait till last minute to avoid having to put in my time. I’ve asked to have this conversation brought up to our technology team ; we need the option to enter time using punching in time vs scrolling through to find hour and minutes !!!! Please fix this quick fix and it will be a great app. Thank you

  • Doesn’t work & tech support absent

    It’s scary that my paycheck depends on this app working
  • Can’t save signature

    It isn’t allowing us to capture the signature. You can’t hit the save button
  • Worst charting app ever

    Constantly closes, frequently tells me my date and time are not correct, I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall so many times I’ve lost count. Why any business uses this app is beyond me.
