company is dodgy credit card info misused

App is OK, although chat with customer service sometimes freezes or never loads. The problem is with the company itself. It is dodgy, they used my credit card details to deduct expenses for a person who rented the car later! I was shocked to receive the info. and can't get a refund for the erroneously deducted amount 3 months later!! Beware, it's dodgy and you may never get your money back.

Worse car hire ever

This is the worse car hire even, I have booked a 4x4, they confirmed, which was supposed to be dropped to my home, then they send a message saying it is not available and offered a sedan, so I said yes because I had no choice and no time. Waited for the delivery to come in the street. Called the number I had more than 20 times, no answer. Sent more than 5 WhatsApp messages, blue check is there and yet no reply. I lost my whole day trying to find an alternative. Never never again. Bad app, bad Service.

I had a great experience with this company. The agents were awesome and made it easy to rent a car. They bought the car to me and at the end of my reservation they came back and got the car. Thank you again EZHIRE you ROCK!

Collection timings are awful

The apps good however the management for collection / drop off is absolutely terrible. You give them a time for collection and they turn up some time within a 5 hour time period (inshallah). I was asleep when they eventually turned up to pick up mine and got charged an extra day. Pity as it could be a good service if they just took any interest in turning up on time

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!

This app is ridiculous, before it even lets you in the application it is asking for payment details and documents. So you don't get a chance to check their service and their app first.
This way your payment details and all documents are already saved with them regardless of you using the actual service.

Not recommended

Be careful. They charged me for an extra day of rental due to their ineffective process of picking up the car on time. They blamed the customer for not receiving a phone call from them while they were in route to pick up the car and therefore did not pick car up and turned around. They finally picked up the car 6 hrs later and charged me for an extra day...?

Bad service!!!!

Don’t even think to get a car from this app !!!
Thy bring you the car in 2 hours and if you collect the car nobody care and you have to send million mail to return the car and the invoice need more than 2 week!!!!!!! Bad

Why aren’t all rental companies doing this?

Just want to say thank you very much! The ease and quickness was perfect and better than what I expected. As easy as downloading the app, uploading my information, selecting a car of choice and ordering like a pizza. Roughly 2 hours later I had a delivered car. All prices up front and digitally sent to my e-mail. Within 5 minutes of the delivery by a gentleman in a tie, a few signatures and I had a car ready to go. Thanks for the ease, convenience and speed. Also, prompt replies to my questions was great too.

Best hire car company in Abu Dhabi

There are lots of hire companies in Abu Dhabi but this one is hands down the best
10/10 would definitely recommend them to anyone, the booking is fast and communication is no hassle
