Extremely slow and unresponsive
This app needs a lot of help in the area of functionality and performance. The link bank account feature does not work with my other bank. The app takes too long to download and often times kicks me out. In person my local branch is friendly and always nice to talk to, this app needs to perform somewhat the same .Show lesskidfromqueens

I am just so impressed with this app. No more standing in a line to see a bank teller, nor looking over my shoulder at the ATM..... and it’s really user friendly and easy to even make my deposits.mortski77654
Just started good so far
Finally I got the app after being blocked from the online banking over a year thanks to Covid 19 they finally lifted the block ridiculous. So far so good. Makes banking so much easier to control finances. Enjoy mobile chk deposit a plus.jmsbx
Not bad but could be better
The app is a normal app and it works just fine but one thing they need to add is notifications for when your account is adding money or subtracting based on how you use your card. It almost feels like it’s a little bit of secrecy going on and me as a user I don’t like that one bit.Dionte Mayers

It’s a pretty good app. No complaints. Simple. Nothing too complicated. I can transfer money easily. I wish they could add the check deposit thing like chase has but overall not too badThia1993

It’s really awesome!! However, it does get frustrating when there R glitches on your part& then I cannot access my account.....:( hopefully it won’t happen too often. Sooo practical & handy though! Wish I had done it way before....guess it’s never too late.....😊Bubby K.

The app it’s great, except for not being able to transfer money to other even when it’s another apple bank account, maybe it’ll be beneficial for Bank of America customers to be able to use this advantages, and no need to open another account with like the Bank of America which offer these features. Other than that, I’ve been banking with apple bank for more than 20 years.Show lessrmal24
