It’s nice, always room for improvement
I’ve used apple bank since I was 14, I am currently 25. Love the quaintness of the bank and customer service has always been helpful and nice to me. Don’t know what those other reviews are talking about but hey, to each their own I guess.
As far as the app, it’s pretty good. Has Touch ID and Face ID from what I hear. Doesn’t glitch out on me and is pretty user friendly and self explanatory.
The ONLY thing I wish it had was the ability to pay other Apple Bank users.
For example, if I want to pay rent and my landlord uses apple bank too, there isn’t a way for me to pay using the Apple Bank App. I have to use Venmo.Show lessCynthiaTec
Terrible UX
Mobile deposits do work, but you first have to select an account and then click on mobile deposit from the menu, even though it appears on the nav when you first sign in. Crappy UI, and I don’t see any pending transaction for the checks that I did manage to deposit with the app.porklovingjew
GREAT BUT LACKS TOUCH ID
SO far it looks to be a major improvement with all the bells and whistles that other major banks offer but the lack of TOUCH ID is something that I'm really looking forward too.SamKaz
