Getting my info and payment info into my profile was cumbersome, if not infuriating as it took more than a dozen times to get the system to accept what was accurate and correct yet it kept giving me error message. Finally I had placed an order and system told me complete, to find not complete and never registered! Wrote few emails for help and and called and didn’t much assistance. Their automated message says the time frame in which their offices are open, but neglects what time zone and where! I gave that feedback, and got no recognition of it. I have receipt of my order, come to the app to track my purchase and package and the app tells me I have NO PURCHASE HISTORY! What?! If someone does not help me appropriately with the issues I have with this app and company, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN & I will tell everyone I know to not also... Never have I had such issues with ordering things online or through an app... your system leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
