Fantastic

Great app. Please include a feature on how I can maximise rewards. A breakdown of how we earn rewards would be nice as well.

Right, FNB’s app was downloaded on Iphone 12 pro max. On second attempt I had activated their banking app. Working great!! Wonderful experience!
Now Absa’s, oh boy, have re-installed the app about 4 times now. And with each one I tried between 5-7 times to get verification…and it’s just running down the 60 seconds…waste of time…

Ridiculous update of app!

What on earth have you done with the app update? Perfectly fine before, now I cannot even log on - it only gives me options to open an account (really.), to REGISTER my cards (which were already registered for internet banking and to the app), or to link my device (ALREADY LINKED)! How on earth do I pay my accounts today 😡- banks closed tomorrow!! My landlord will NOT “”understand”. Useless! Zero stars 😡

Much better

The app has been remarkably improved over the years not withstanding major support issues by the developers. Now I must say the app has matured and even better than my other banking apps. It can do with geo payments like the fnb app.

Credit card

Cannot close credit card online and bank is still charging fir fees if card is not required or used in the last 10 months

App not working on iphone 5 s anymore after update

After the last update I can’t log into the app. I get an error screen.

App doesn’t work

It’s had technical issues for some time now. Deleted it.

Not good

Got a new mobile number and phone, and after transferring the app to the new phone and changed my mobile number to the new number on the app. After this the 2 step verification did not work. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, and now it does not register the new number and I cannot link my new device since the “verification” request is STILL being sent to my previous number. I live abroad and cannot physically go to the bank to sort this out. Really really disappointing - unfortunately I am now forced to consider changing to a different bank since this is not the first (or last) issue I have had with Absa.

Broken App - Please wait to install.

Dear mr/ms,

It seams to me that your IT team just broke the App.
Hope it was not a hack but will be in touch working my way through your call center to try and fix everything that is incorrect as of the latest update.
