Claim Issues!!!
I filed a claim and was told I would receive a phone call. Never received the call, it doesn’t show that I’ve filed a claim, I have a screenshot that shows the claim was “processed”
Thus far I’ve already had to come out of pocket to have both my tie rod ends on both sides of my vehicle replaced.

I’ve had this insurance and app for just over 2 weeks, but so far it’s been as good as State Farm and Progressive. No issues with the app and it’s super easy to access my insurance card and other account info. I also called customer service after hours and they answered right away to help me create my login (I was just skipping the 0 😅). And the rep was super nice and helpful. So, I would ignore the old reviews and just try it out for yourself. They definitely offered me a cheaper rate than the other 5 companies I compared it to.Show lessOBfit
