Horrible app
I keep this insurance because of the low cost but there are constant issues with the app. I’ve tried calling for two days and am placed on hold for an extended period of time. Several times I hear the line pick up and women speaking and then they put me back on hold again. I’ve had to hang up due to trying to call while working and on break. The customer service is horrible. App never works. I’ll be looking for a new insurance provider as soon as Christmas is over. Don’t sign up with them.Show lesscanceling soon
No permite hacer pagos
Antes de que la actualizaran funcionaba perfectamente, hacia mis pagos sin problema, pero con la ultimas dos actualizaciones no me permite hacer los pagos con mi tarjeta, me da muchas molestias tener que buscar un nuevo método de pago, deberían arreglar esomr. incredible official

I registering and it doesn’t accept my policy number or supposedly my zip code is wrong and can’t sign up. What a waste of time.jacob34729

Hi jacob34729. The app has gone through a major overhaul but registration really should have worked for you. If your policy has different garaging and mailing addresses, that could be the cause and you could try your other 5 digit zip code.. Can’t even open the app
I don’t know what’s going on right now, I keep having to delete and re-download the app just to open it. When I try to open it (before I delete it) it doesn’t even open it force closes it self. I need to make my payment and I don’t have time to go to the office.ToxicCupkake

First of the app is to make things easier which is a lie because I can’t even make payment on it, also doesn’t show my new expiration date for policy all my new info and payment had to go to office to get it done.ika1291
Terrible Can’t Do Anything
It will let you type log in or register info but is stuck on loading screen over & over again. Don’t bother downloading company needs to delete & fix bugs.AlexandriaWalton25
