Game sucks Zynga doesn't care about VIP customers
Game crashes purchases disappear and nobody cares , they have known about problem with MrAnd Mrs Claus for 2 days no fix now it's the weekend and nothing!!oh never mind you can repurchase for another 250 gems and then they will give you 2 gems back to say sorry seems right and fair....not

Used to love this game but am disappointed with the issues I keep having
First off this game used to be so much fun but I’ve been having many issues with the game.. the worst being at least 5 of the decorations I worked hard to earn in competitions have just completely disappeared.. they aren’t in my storage either. I was hoping is was just a glitch but they never reappeared. Also I’m trying to play the new competition and I can’t get my workers to stay at Santa’s Sleigh.. Everytime I log back in they aren’t at his sleigh anymore. Obviously that is making it harder for me to complete. Super disappointed as the competitions are one of my favourite things with the game but I’m not going to continue wasting my time if not given a fair chance to complete and the decorations I earn continue to disappear. I’ve had other issues as well like being stuck on The Merryweather Mystery 11 of 12 because no silver stamp ever appeared for Lola. I tried clicking the player support button in the game but that didn’t seem to be much help. I’m hoping someone can help me so I can continue playing the game because it really is a great game and I have enjoyed playing it.

Pretty game but …
As newbies our team gets badly beaten every time by all the max-level teams they throw at us in Cruises (main event of the game) so no point playing anymore after the first round. Support says the matchings are random. However giving us all low reward (under 200) tasks while the experienced teams are favoured with high point ones (400-800), even double points for doing the same tasks (!!!), is *not random but an ongoing game flaw. So newbies do yourself a favor and don’t spend any $. You won’t be treated any better for it

Version update.
I love playing Tropic Escape. But there is a big problem! Why are we unable to get the New Updated Version (1.170.1079)(64) to our game on our Tablets. Phones and Tablets will not Sync. It has been 3 Weeks since my Tablets have been unable to update to the new version in the game. Very annoying.
