Glitching
Since recent update… I can’t access the game. It opens but I can’t play…lilos paradise
Time zones
Frustrating game as you want to win once in a while but get beat because the games end at 3 am. People living in other time zones pass you every time. The cruise ends ok but you get beat by teams with more people playing. The race game sucks. You spend a day trying to get the ball things and then the game finishes early and says you win but rebooted and you have lost all of your items and balls. I have less then 22 hours to recover from the loss. No way to do it. uGH! The Halloween game decided 4 days and 10 hours before it was to end would end with me in third place. I no longer have the grave yard or plot where you would send guests for the special items.
Too many people can cheat. How do you get millions and billions of points?Show lessNot a Midnight Warrior

Way too many issues with this game. I recently tried to get back into it like 2 years after I first started found that it had erased my previous progress (I had reached level 45) but I just restarted anyway. Then some bugs came up when I reached level 22 so I reinstalled it thinking it would fix it but instead it erased my progress AGAIN and I was back to square one. The support team tried their best to help (I think) but nothing worked and they just left it. I couldn’t log into my Facebook account or Game Centre and my friends couldn’t visit my island. I just restarted again and kept playing and had reached level 24, when I downloaded the new update and now the game won’t even load. So I over it lol. It’s a fun game but way too many bugs and issues.Show lessSuperiorGoose
Love playing this game but…
As a long time player I am saddened that you do not reimburse gems when it is your fault. The enchanted tree mini game did not work due to a glitch and I only got 24 hours to play it. The concern was that I bought the wizard which I paid 140 gems for and could only use it for 1/4 of the time. No credit or reimbursement back t9 my game, just bad luck. I’ve been playing mostly happily since 2016. Rarely ever did I spend real money on games. Last year this game ramped up my interest in actually spending money on it. Every month, more $$. And I was happy. Until I wasn’t happy.
At some point during the year I hit a (programming?) wall. As a Beach Club Leader I had always been able to remove club members who were no longer playing. Suddenly, that’s no longer an option for me. “An unexpected error has occurred” appears on screen for every attempt.
Then, I was also unable to accept invited players. “An unexpected error has occurred”
Lots of messages have gone back and forth with game support for literally MONTHS, with NO resolution. And still I spent real money each month.
Now I’m seeing a bunch of other beach clubs with “members” who haven’t been seen in months, a year, a long while. Perhaps a half dozen actual ACTIVE members in a club with 19-20 “members” in their roster.
I’ll probably use up my remaining gems (because I paid actual money for them) and then ditch the game.
While I’m looking for a new game opportunity, this developer will not get my attention, business or my money in the future. Not happening for ANY versions of FarmVille.
And what’s the point of the “bugs and game play issues” page if nothing is being fixed? It lists an additional half dozen bugs/issues that are not resolved.Show lessPinkyC27

I went away for a small trip but was unable to play due to it saying I was offline even though I had mobile data enabled. I was away for a week and was removed from my club that I’d help built up and missed out on all the rewards. As soon as I was back home on my wifi it was fine. This has taken a lot of fun out of it as I’ve had to join a different club now. Also please can we have expansions or something new. It’s becoming stale (PS I hate the mega cruise).Show lesssuz_i_cue

I am on level 38 and would love to continue for 39. Attempted to up date game as requested. Now I am unable to see chat with club members or boost that I have accumulated. Can’t get past the request to update game. Each time I updated I continue to seeing update request. This is frustrating as I am also competing in a tournament. I love this game and there have been so many glitches I am tempted to say just forget it all. I would appreciate it if you all get it together. I have made friends that we depend on each other to achieve our goals. At this point I would love to give a 5 star, however I am giving a lower star as this has been going on for some time. PLEASE fix this
I am now on level 77. I am unable to continue Lost Relic, Pet game and one more. Each time I go to help center, they are no help. I love this game and have made friends. I would be very happy if this would be fixed. Great game though.Show lessJaxinga
Tropical Nightmare
This game is very unstable and crashes often on start-up. It has too many in game games that compete for resources and event supplies are provided in such a way that the most needed resource is the most scarce and the least needed is over supplied. The decoration store has a limit of 200 items and once reached there is no way of clearing items, so winning decor becomes pointless. Even though it started as a good game, I do not recommend it.Show lessGlade Maid
Devoted Player, but losing patience
I’m posting this here because I have nowhere else to go! My blue gems are disappearing constantly. I earn them and then they disappear. The game has taken roughly 50 gems from me. It’s aggravating that there is nowhere to report technical issues. A few years ago, I was on level 85. Then I was kicked out of my game and sent back to level one. I searched everywhere for answers and couldn’t even report the problem, so I stopped playing for about 2 years. Of course, I got the constant emails about them “missing” me. 🤦🏼♀️ It was too aggravating to start over. I just started playing again and now I’m having this problem. The company needs to offer actual tech support if they want to keep players. I’m about to throw in the towel again. The most frustrating thing is the disappearing gems; however, many other things keep disappearing from my game. If the game offered actual support, I would rate it higher. But I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who wants to have cumulative success (who wants to keep the things they earn).Show lesstraveler2
