NEED HELP!
Been playing for ages and zynga occasionally has issues but things happen, usually if you write them there very good about getting back to you, however they rarely answer all questions asked in one reply, they will answer first question, so just ask one at a time, it’s time consuming and frustrating but this apparently is there process, so I learn to adapt.
That said today is first time I’ve been unable to access the “ player support” to ask help and no idea how to get help without access to that area.
I’ve been trying to get on app since this morning, first I got on and collected my resort tourney winnings which was confusing but thought ok I’ll take prizes and be happy. Then app closed and since I’ve been unable to get back on, It goes thru process gets to where it says initiating ........ then poof closes.
I have an iPad
I’ve shut off ipad waited and restarted. No luck
I looked for updates in App Store. No updates
I tried to open app on my droid phone and NO luck
Came here went to support via this area nd it says”Report via player support”. But cannot report since CANNOT GET ON APP LOL
I truly love playing its a great boredom buster so please help me ell me who or how to contact to get this sorted quickly, I was doing ok on the latest event but by time I get back I’ll likely lose my momentum.

Great game BUT serious bugs
Love this game but continued bugs make it impossible to play. Despite having all the updates and having deleted the app and redownloaded numerous times...the bugs are still there.
These are major!
1. I keep getting kicked out of the app. I am only able to play the game for approx 5-10 minutes before it kicks me off. It’s common for me to log back in only to get kicked off again immediately. I’m talking seconds.
2. An integral part of the game is visiting neighbors yet I am unable to do this without...you guessed it...being kicked off the app. The end result being I am unable to visit neighbors at all.Show lessTess626

Love this game and happy to spend money but EVERYTIME I do a software update there are huge issues. Currently stuck not able to play after spending money on the game. No response from the company super frustratingCandacesWild

I have played this game on and off for a while and it has been quite entertaining. However, I have been unable to play at all for a few days as when I open the game, it starts running through this new Trireme event or whatever it’s called, gets to a certain point and then crashes. I’ve tried switching off and on my device, reinstalling etc, but it just crashes and crashes. And there’s no option to not play the event, it just automatically goes to it. Very bad game design. If this doesn’t get resolved I’ll have to uninstall for good. The game crashes quite a bit normally, but this is ridiculous.Show lessBelladonna Boohoo
Beware: Some in-app purchases are NOT delivered!
A couple of days ago my partner purchased a super-pack (in-app).
A minute or 2 later the pack had not been delivered to the game, so she purchased again and the pack was delivered (only ONE). I was charged twice! A refund has been refused by Apple.
[UPDATE]
(1) I discovered that while Apple sent me 2 purchase notifications together, the purchase date was different (unfortunately this is not visible on Apple’s email notifications, only on a deep dive into the account). In other words, I had not been double-charged.
(2) Today the developer reached out to me, offering to help (unlike Apple). I withdraw any and all criticism of the developer, and thank them for reaching out.Show lessMicksMac

Love the game but needs some changes
I love this game, but things need to change.... like they use the same events, make something new, and when you do use the same events make the prizes different, and add the prize from before! Same with cruises, and with each cruise you should have decorations for your island to win, just like with an event. And you should definitely add a kiwi plant 😜 and add more places like hot springs and the cave, and what is moko the monkey and when is it coming out? I want some change! Bring back the sea turtle event!!! And add more decor that you can buy with gems when events come! And with some events, don’t just give an animal that gives an hour of sunshine add to that, and let us keep the animal! You could also give everyone another island that is the same as the one we already have but you can put decor, stores, plants, and animals on it! Bring back events that happened in the beginning of the game so new people can play them! Like monkey business, or the Valentine’s Day one! And have an event for every holiday, and for other time!!!! Lost progress
I came back to this game after getting bored with how slow the progress is unless you want to play 24/7 or spend a fortune buying gems.
It was fine for a while and my data was re uploaded so I could continue from the point I left off but one day it randomly froze while loading the game and wouldn’t complete the initialising phase no matter how long I left it. I ended up deleting the app and reinstalling but now it won’t link the old data and I have to start from scratch which is infuriating as I was almost up to level 27.
Crap system. Slow progress when you’re actually allowed to access the game and very repetitive challenges.Show lessCaHa_Da
Issues with new version
Loved this game but then it made me update and nothing worked. Deleted app and started again which made me start the game from scratch. But hey that’s ok I thought. But then it stopped a little into game where things wouldn’t work and got stuck. Such a shame as it worked perfectly before. 😢Paris Inn
