Easier ways to get gems needed
Love the game but hate that it’s hard for you to get gems and tokens to unlock things without having to spend £££ to get anywhere.... Please make it a little easier for people who love the game but can’t afford hundreds of £££ to buy gems and other items you need to unlock certain areas... Being a single mum this game keeps my stress levels down but gets unfair when you make it all about paying for stuff with money I haven’t gotShow lessOshodi

Although I’m finding it a little ridiculous how many orchids we need to grow just to get a few wintergreen, then trying to sell the goods it ridiculous because the store is overwhelmed with everyone else trying to sell their orchids too (because we can’t store anything else if we kept them).
Please alter this a bit, so we could have a better option of being able to purchase other items and not just seeing orchids 90% of the time.Show lessFairyIceQueen27
Frustrated
I enjoy playing the game, it’s a great way to kill time while I’m waiting or bored. However, there are glitches. Like when I want to buy items from my club/friends. It doesn’t reload for hours sometimes. Also, when you do an update, the game ‘forces’ you to do it, but there is no update to push. Something about pushing some buttons 10 times? That is a joke. You should be able to push the update button like any other app. I have had to uninstall it, and reinstall it twice now, because it doesn’t allow me to play without the update. If I could update without issues, and the ability to purchase items off of my friends would be available. Another thing I want to address, is you can help your buddies/club with helicopter orders only. Why not with items like the mermaid? Why can’t we share items, or purchase items among each other to have the advantage to assist. More than just helicopter orders? I would give this game 5 stars, but still too many big glitches to earn a 5. I realize I’m only one person, but I want to say it’s not all glitter and roses! Enjoyable, but last update has frozen game
I got a ‘game update’ prompt while playing earlier and linked to the App Store update screen. Updated the game and then went back to play. After opening, the ‘update game’ prompt appeared again, and it can’t be deselected. I can see my resort in the background but can’t get to it. I’ve tried closing all background apps and then restarting. Didn’t work either. Can’t find where to contact support direct so I’m leaving this review. Unable to play after update
Update now popped up on screen in game. So I updated. I always force close the game while updating so it’s completely fresh when I restart. Update finished so I started the game, the update now is still on screen, when I click on it it takes me to update screen where I just have the option to open the game. Endless loop. Stop forcing us to update on your schedule, I will no doubt miss my helicopter orders now. And while you’re fixing your fubar how about putting in option to sell to club members only. Cruise says to help others, but it’s no help when someone not in the club buys the items. Doesn’t encourage team play.Show lessChip3ez
Great but needs updating!!
I’ve had this game for a very long time and love it. Unfortunately since the last update I have had a lot of problems. I’ve had crops and trees go missing randomly. Now when I open the app it loads then tells me it wants to update but I’ve updated and it still won’t go past that message. I have time limit events going that I’m going to miss the deadline on as I can’t open the app. I’ve tried everything and tried restarting my phone but nothing works. As always a great game..until you need silver ore or iron ore or any of the tools to get crystals then it's a pile of trouble this is where they get you to buy gems so you can buy them..I play a lot of zynga games & they are all the same..you need something you can't get by playing all day every day so you have to pay & unlike other zynga games you cannot get help from your club members. It's getting very boring now as I & a lot of players can't afford to buy gems. Another great game ruined by greed.
Agree totally with you, but I have just done the I upgraded and it’s on my screen now so can’t plat the game. All my hard work yet again lost really sick of Zynga games. As are a lot of others. Still can’t help your club members with items as others grab them as the person above never get the tools for quartz...there is to much to do & you can’t help anyone. It’s time you got it sorted out Zynga you have made enough money out of everyone now let’s have a game we can play with out all the trouble. Can’t upgrade
Can’t continue playing due to upgrade but can’t upgrade. It brings me to the app where the only option is to open the game but when i open the game the only option is to upgrade. Silly!vv1415
Updating
I am nene to this game. I haven’t played zynga games in a while because of all the problems they’ve had in the past. I decided I would give it a go on my phone. I feel I am back in the same situation as in the past. I am trying right now to get into my game and the “update” pop up is there. I can’t update because it’s not showing in apps even after “force updates” as you so call it. There’s even a line that says “having trouble”. There’s no way of contact support to let you know right now I can’t get into the game because of this pop up. There’s no way of closing it out so I have been shut out of the game. Shouldn’t have to “force updates” and you shouldn’t have a support area making it look like there’s someone you can contact when having problems. Depending how long this pop up is there not allowing me to play determines whether or not I delete this game and never ever give Zuniga another chance. So you know how long I haven’t played zynga the last game I played was cafe worldShow lessplainlv
