SO MANY ERRORS
I just finished round one of the turtle season and when it came up with the message saying it will be back in one day, everything I was making, cooking and growing, the time turned from minutes and seconds left into 1 hour plus more minutes left. Even pineapples which take seconds to grow now take an hour. So I can’t really do anything in the game for over an hour. Before the time turned to 1 hour for everything, it showed that every item was made, cooked, grown and that the helpers found everything before time was up but I couldn’t tap on anything. So I closed and re-opened the App and that’s when everything said it was an 1h + time when things will be ready. There are many more errors but too much to put here. There is no support email for this game to directly tell about errors or glitches and such. Please make a support system within the game because there have been so many errors in the past few months that it’s making the game harder and harder to play; and it’s one of my favorite App games ever! I don’t really want to stop playing it because there no where officially to report errors.Show lessLouiseLj423
Neither or Nor...
Tropic Escape is a alright game but I am quite upset because of one of the actions the game has made.
On this so called fantastic game I left the game for a few hours. When I came back I found out I was removed from the Beach Club chat even though the game had told me to go on it. For me the highlight of the game. When I tried to join back on to the chat it was full! If you see this developers please tell me why I was removed from it. Download if you don’t want to do chat groups but if you want to their are more better options. Recommended for those who don’t want chat groups. Not recommend for those who do.

While I was on the chat group, I saw people could remove you from chat. Not the best game if you want the honest truth.
But is alright though because I like harvesting the fruits to make such things like Pina Colada, Pineapple Smoothies, and if you use large amounts of fruits you can make grilled crab sushi and steamed rice. Now I have to go to get myself back on chat group wish me luck. And if you do see this developers do try and prevent it. But if this is what is meant to happen you have made a bad choice. I really like it but...
I’ve been playing this game for months and have really enjoyed it. Recently, however, I’ve noticed that some of the tasks/challenges require items that I cannot make. For example, a little while ago the Island Event required making massage oil. Since I’m only in level 24 I haven’t unlocked that item, and therefore could not participate.
The other frustrating thing that has recently begun is in the Resort Tournament. The last few tournaments (this week’s included) I’m being pitted against persons who are 10 to 20 levels ahead of me, which mean they have access to items that are worth more craft points as well as have more machines. I’ve had to spend gems to try and get better boosts. And even with near constant playing each day I barely earned enough points to prevent my resort from being demoted.
Finally, the need for sand dollars has been annoying. I’ve completed tasks but have only been earning bronze sand dollars, yet to attract some of the animals needed to complete the Wildlife Missions you need either silver or gold. I don’t think I should have to spend my own money to get these sand dollars just to complete the missions.
That said, I do still enjoy playing the game. I suggest making some changes so those of us at the levels aren’t prevented from moving forward.Show lessJd966875
Update gone bust
Have not been able to access this since the latest update. Deleted app from phone to redownload- still unable to access however now worried I may have lost all of my saved game. I’m hoping it has saved via Facebook when I can log in however if it hasn’t I will not play again as I cannot start from scratchShow lessercoops
Fun but full of glitches and issues
The game is fun! But there are so many issues that are enough to make you scream with frustration! Zynga support is a joke. You report issues, they ask for screenshots. You send them screenshots and they do nothing. Instead they wait 3-7 days and email you asking you to rate their service resolving the issue( which as I already mentioned, they haven’t resolved) With each update more glitches arise, previous issues go unresolved and continue to get worse. If Zynga would try to fix the issues it is already having before trying to bring new new ones to the table, this game would be totally amazing and I would give it 5 stars!! But since they continue to fail fixing even the simplest problems and don’t even try to work with us to find a solution, they’re lucky I even gave it 2 Stars :(Show lessSlothless
Addictive fun
I enjoy playing this game, though it would be nice if we could have a "wish list" for the items on sale, so it matches what we want with those selling it, rather than having to spend ages scrolling through the shop.
Other than that, I could quite easily spend ages playing. Money is not in short supply if you sell the things you don't really need. Focus on expanding one thing at a time, then sell the items for the others that you don't need.
Like any game, getting started is a slow process, so playing smarter instead will help get you to where you need to be. Try not to be greedy and want everything all at once.Show lessJiminy-billy-bob
Expanding
Could you make it easier to expand the grounds by making it a little less hard to earn the rings... ??? Otherwise I’m rather happy with the game. I’ll recommend it onwards happily if the expanding is resolved.

Amazing but...
The game is good but it freezes on me for 15 seconds and then returns to normal and then does it again so I can’t get anything done.Bobjeffkevinguy
It’s pretty fun but.....
I really enjoyed this game but the further I get into it the more irritating it gets. Boosts I earn don’t always show up in the boost bank and sometimes when I use them I click on them and they just disappear and never activate. Also compasses are very hard to come by often which makes it extremely difficult to expand. Also the monetary value spent of the things is a little much. I feel like you idle play a lot just to wait on collecting an insane amount of coins or shells. Also when earning diamonds when you click on the house to see when you earn them again they do not count accurately. I’ve sold numerous items on the boat and yet the count doesn’t go up towards the next goal. I’m at level 26 and while I want to keep playing I find myself getting annoyed easier. The game has lost its allure!!
It used to be a fun game but it has become frustrating & very demanding. It has gotten harder to get what you need to complete quests & Wildlife photo missions. Weekly resort tournaments are truly unfair, we work too hard to achieve our goals, then you have nerve to demote us!! Then we get cheated out of the blue gems by trading in our telescope for a spinning wheel!! The helicopter requires too many items which depletes your stock, especially when you’re trying to keep up with the daily quests, guest orders, & the cruise ship. Rewards from the landmarks are redundant & sometimes useless. If it wasn’t for my club members, buddies, & the mermaid, I wouldn’t be able to complete the majority of the quests. My club members are dropping like flies & not playing as often :-( I really want to stop playing but I’m the club leader & I cannot abandon my club members. Give us a break Zynga......
