Getting bored
I enjoy the game for the most part, but it is getting boring. All you seem to do now is make and sell. Now when I level up there is nothing new. The monkey house and the falls say they’re coming soon, but that’s been over year now. When playing an event, it is never for a permanent helping hand it’s always temporary. The game often has glitches. At times you’re not able to visit other peoples beaches to help, it says nobody’s home even though you are chatting with them. That’s just one of the problems. When sending an issue to Zynga you get the same canned letter every time, very rarely do get a response back. If you do they usually are telling you to do what you have already done to correct the problem. Then they will send you a survey to rate their service.
The weekly tournaments are a joke. There are so many cheaters it’s impossible to win. People have been reported and yet nothing seems to happen and the cheating continues. I find this very discouraging. Not sure how long I’m going to continue with the game. I do have friends in my co-op that I like to chat with but I can find other ways to do that.Show lessNannie_j
It's a great game but...
It's really laggy and keeps freezing and it won't let me buy gems or coins! Please fix the freezing problem because I love this game!!Themedhj
Little support for on going issue
After spending quiet a bit of real money in game I get a bit miffed that zemi daily “prize” keeps on saying I’ve missed a day when in fact I’m in the game considerable amount of times daily that it is physically impossible to miss a day yet I send messages they do something without response for it to appear rectified till the next day it does it again. It’s very irritating and is starting to make me dislike it may seem like small issue but seems dishonest to me like they don’t want ons getting the final one solution is simple if you don’t don’t have the reward! But at this point I’d rather have mine disabled then go through the daily ritual having to complainShow lessLickleone
Starts out fun, but the cheaters win all the good stuff
This game started out fun, but once you moved up enough to compete in the mandatory tournaments, you butted up against cheaters who would always grab all of the top prizes. Many people complain loudly to Zynga, but "we're looking into it" was the response you'd get & the same cheaters would show up week after week.
The other really bad thing about this game is the slow roll out of stuff. Some people weren't part of the bigger tournaments for 6 months & they still only have 2 sunken treasures to dive for, while others have 3. The Mothers Day event didn't even get rolled out to everyone before it was over.
The game encourages you to spend lots of money for tournaments & events, which is fine until you realize no matter how much you spend, your scores can't catch the cheaters who've learned to Clone expensive items and the valuable boosts, as well as give themselves unlimited gems.
At some point frustration overcomes interest & you move on. Poorer but irked.Show lesscfitts
Great, but...
Love this game. Been hooked for over two months now, but constant glitches, lags and bugs. Several friends have lost their entire games and had to restart from scratch, there are times when I can’t visit friends islands because ‘they aren’t home’ even though I know they’re online and odd occasions when I submit items to cruise ships, it takes my items from boathouse but I don’t get the rewards. And friends have told me that things from their boathouse go missing when they reload a game after crashing. So things could be improved but I do love the game. Also a thought, add an option to gift items to clubhouse buddies? Things from silo or boathouse, like tradeboat, but for free sent to a fellow player in beach club. I think that would be amazing and improve gameplay for a lot of people. Another way we can help out friends :)Show lessJust keep wondering :)
Love it but...
This is my favorite game hands down and I have a ton that I play. However I would give a 5 star review if the coins were changed up a bit. Coins are somewhat difficult to acquire not at first but further in. Over 100,000 coins for one place and then you spend weeks or months trying to get enough for the next building. I would spend actual money to even buy them but it isn’t worth it. $9.99 for 10,400 coins which seems like a lot but it’s not when things are way way way much more than that. Doesn’t really help. The rest of the game is fantastic. I love the new cruise ship type games these are my favorite and all in all this is an amazing way to pass the time and it’s fun. Very addicting. Gems should be more available and stuff shouldn’t cost so much such as buildings in game and the coins to purchase for real money. If that was done I would rate the game a perfect 5 stars.Show lessBrogan1007
Updates
It would be nice as much as people spend to build of the island that the updates work. I hate trying to help people with the orders on the helicopter, but it won’t even go to the island. So if I can’t go to them that means when I need help they can’t get to mine. During the pictures of animals it’s sad that you get the same animals every single time it’s like stuck on that animal, not too mention I start of with a snake and end up with a lion. It costs a lot to clear your island and not enough of the items you need appear. I’ve spent a lot, but not as many others that play only to see that like any other game it’s about how much you spend to get what you need... a banana tree 175,000 come on lower the amounts to get the items to build it up and make it more enjoyable.Show lessI8ahampster

Been playing for ages and still unable to break new ground or open stuff. Love the game but like being stuck in time warp trying to gain coins or rings etc to open new ground.Nzsirhc
Aargh! Some things are way too expensive
Luis lookout is way to expensive and very disappointing. I need things from the shipwreck to make things at the lookout. But I thought that I should buy the lookout first because it’s cheaper. The shipwreck is even more ridiculously expensive. This aspect of the game is way out of proportion. It’s impossible to know which one to buy first and to save up to buy any of them takes ages. So frustrating and so disappointing. Please take a leaf from the FarmVille 2 book. There are none of these frustrations in the progress of that game. Oh, and btw I really like many things about this game. But there are some serious problems.Show lessLiving rural
