  • Clash after IOS 17

    The app was good but started clashing after latest IOS 17 update
  • Great app all around

    Love all these 30 day challenge apps. They are good at progressing you slowly enough that as a beginner I can keep up. You can set reminders to keep you motivated and the REST days are every four days which is perfect.
  • Great free app with lots of options

    Love that it has different levels, and each starts out slow but builds, increasing strength and stamina. Would give it 5 stars if had more options at higher levels, but still a great challenge.

    Just downloaded the app. Seems very easy to use. I will update this review once I get through the challenge
  • What level?

    Difficult to know which level to start at when you are a novice. Slow and steady build up in plank duration which hopefully leads to a good core strength and toned muscles.
  • Rest Days

    At day 18 I really like this app. Still, you will have to plan your own rest days (whatever you think best) as the app does not appear to have them pre programmed. I go three then one rest day but have seen 2 and 1 recommended in several articles.

    Very helpful, adverts are a tad annoying but it is generally a good app 😀
