Please fix the app or just take it back to the old one

The latest update just made the app worse you shouldn’t have to select your trailer type every single time you open an app and select cities every single time it should remember till you want to change it yourself….
I know you’re not supposed to, but most of the drivers are owner operators. Use the app while on the road. It’s hard for them to go through all of the steps every single Time.
Please fix it

hi there! we are going to be launching improvements to the save filter functionality very shortly! you will be able to save all of your search options including location (origin and destination) and equipment type. this will avoid having you to enter all of this information over and over again. :)

Response

I previously gave 3 stars due to search options. I received an email from the developers team. They didn’t change but knowing they may address the favorites is satisfying. Acknowledging your customers wants is pretty cool. Everything else is smooth with the app.

hello! we are going to be launching saved filters very, very shortly! stay tuned!!!! :)

App tracking not working

All my drivers have issues with this app when tracking a load. Most of the time nothing never works, can’t log in after it kicks you out for no reason. Why can’t you use something easy like MacroPoint? I get demoted to base carrier because of not enough tracking updates, but it’s your app that doesn’t work. One of the worst trucking apps.

Hi Max- I am so sorry to hear that tracking is not working for your drivers. We have fixed the issue where users are getting logged out after 24 hours. With that being said, the drivers will not get logged out any longer and they will continue to be able to provide tracking updates. Its important to note all of the tracking settings need to be enabled for tracking to work. You can locate your tracking settings, under account > settings > tracking. I hope this helps

Steady loads, good attitude

I’ve worked with many brokers within CH Robinson and they’ve all been fair, and straight forward. I usually don’t leave reviews but it’s such a shiddd show with theses brokers now days!! I just appreciate the good ones at this point

Thank you so much for your partnership!!!

Nothing you want is available

Search filters are misleading. No matter which search conditions you utilize, they will always return random load listing irrelevant of what was intended. Sorting the search results as you would prefer is not allowed. You only see the very limited load listing despite there being a tremendous loads in the region.

Hi there! I would love to help you on what specifically is not working for you? Can you please reach out to navispherecarrier@chrobinson.com so that I can further assist you?

Nothing you want is available

I am not sure what they are trying to achieve here. A broker with over 100 billion in annual gross can not offer user friendly app. Please, dont tell us that is how the business is conducted. There is close to no human interaction offered yet they ask us to call or submit an offer for their load listings. If you ask the right questions your call will suddenly get disconnected and you must repeat from scratch..

Unusable for about a month now

Initially it refused to load and would crash immediately, thankfully me iOS update solved that. But alas, even after that I’m just greeted by a login screen that brings up a “Error, please try again” message every time you try to login. Same issue when I try to login on an iPad, but I can login on my MacBook just fine on a browser. No help from customer service on the matter so here I am.

hi One Elleven! I would love to help you on this! It sounds like we might need to reset your password to help get you back into the app. Can you please reach out to navispherecarrier@chrobinson.com and ask them to help with a password reset to see if this fixes your login. Thank you so much!

Still some issues but they monitor reviews and fix stuff

The app violates your privacy be requiring always-on location access just to look for loads. If you don’t allow it, you are nagged on every screen.

Another issue is after you click on a load to get details, when you go back to the list of loads, instead of returning to the same spot in the list, it takes you back to the top of the list.

My earlier review complained about app ignoring pickup date in filter. They fixed that issue and got back to me about it.

Hello! I would love to address issues you are having with the app. First, the app is requiring always-on location access only for the load that you are hauling. If you don't allow it, it will prompt on the screen to enable your tracking settings for carrier scoring. This information is only needed once you start hauling a load. Regarding the pick-up date search settings, we released a fix for this functionality on 2/14. This should now be addressed! I would love to help walk you through this. Can you please contact us at 1-800-326-9977 or navispherecarrier@chrobinson.com?

The app is horrible and unusable

First problem is the app violates your privacy be requiring always-on location access just to look for loads. If you don’t allow it, you are nagged on every screen.

Even worse, the app appears to completely ignore your pickup date search settings and shows you loads days and even weeks after the end of your pickup range.

CHR also has restrictions on many of their loads now so you can’t even use an app like TruckSmarter to search for CHR loads because unless you are hauling multiple loads per week for CHR you can’t haul the load. TruckSmarter still shows the loads and when you look in CHR app they are not available to you.
