Anyone who 1 stars the app is not actually bashing the app but themselves. I am a longtime user of this product/software. I too got the request to update. While reading the reviews I thought, come on, really! To say it does not work...and to blame it on the app and not their phone/iPad or lack of knowledge...just plain shallow. Anyway, to my point, great idea with the app. I love being able to show my customers rewind and live so smooth a quickly. Interface looks great. Oh, the app works great and I have added other of my customers during demo/education/verifying of my install.
