App needs removed from the App Store
This app needs to be removed from the App Store. Key bank has not made any effort to update it. The auto capture does not work, the app does not work well with any iPhone since iPhone X, which is now obsolete. If someone tells you this app works fine, they do not speak the truth! Absolutely terrible app. I am not sure if it even deserves one star. Depositing multiple checks is the worse. What a dumb way to do it. This should be easy but it is not. The screen rotation will mess with the auto capture. The developer must have some strange way of thinking. Tip: the user needs to be guided through the process not guessing the next step and trying to find it on the screen. This is not a game of The Room.Show lessTacola1234

Best recommendation, would be to find a different bank. Relay is a good option, they tend to understand technology. If you’re forced to use this by your company, you have a lot of sympathy. Don’t call the 800 number, they won’t help.Terrible

App Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work. Is says Invalid logon even though I’m using the exact same username & password I use fir online banking in my computer. What a waste of time. Wish I’d gone with a different bank that a functioning app.AGiroux2021
Won’t scan checks
This app is horrible! It will scan the front of the check and then tell me it can’t find the endorsement in the back of the check. I have started using a black sharpie and signing almost half of the check, it sometimes goes through like that, but not today when I am in a hurry. Closest branch is 5 hours away so I might get there before I can get the app to work!!Show lessRiverqueenX2004
Not reliable
The app never allows me to get past a verification question, even once I answer the question correctly. There’s some bugs that clearly need to be worked out. My assistance can works here’s but it too came with a bit of drama initially. Please fix.Mrfultole
