Thanks for your feedback. Without knowing more details about the specific issue you had regarding frequently being logged out of the app it is likely that they were caused due to the ‘Multi Factor Authentication’ rollout. This new method of signing in significantly improves the security of your data. We are aware a small number of agents had issues logging in after receiving this update, but it has now been fixed and you should no longer having to sign in multiple times.
