Worst platform on the market
This app is useless, I have to login to the web browser in order to access all the features. You can’t look up properties unless they are listed campaigns. I just wish my company would stop using this platform.Developer Response

Without knowing more details about the specific issue you had regarding frequently being logged out of the app it is likely that they were caused due to the ‘Multi Factor Authentication’ rollout. This new method of signing in significantly improves the security of your data. We are aware a small number of agents had issues logging in after receiving this update, but it has now been fixed and you should no longer having to sign in multiple times. Always crashes when entering buyers. Constantly having to open/reopen the app to make it half work. Always promised it’s being updated/fixed without anything changing. Security updates have made me have to log in a minimum of 3 times before hopefully getting in.Developer Response

App is pretty much not usable. Says I have no properties and it doesn’t allow me to search for any either. Please fix thanksDeveloper Response
Thanks for your review. It is difficult to know why you cant see any of your properties within the app, but it most likely due to the set up of your permissions, which can be easily changed by one of your Box and Dice admins.
