Firstly, it’s pretty important to check battery voltage remotely if the vehicle is left for some time (think long term airport parking or extended trips). The start / stop function could then help avoid the risk of a flat battery on return.
Secondly, aside of the security subscription, a ring fence feature could alert the owner if the vehicle has traveled outside a configured radius, for example alerting the owner if staff or children taking the car and venturing beyond where they are meant to be.
Surely all possible with the current hardware.
At the cost of vehicles today, this App needs building on quickly but generally on the right path.

Update went backwards
I would also like to be able to be reassured that the car was locked, I can unlock and lock the car via the app, but no indication of current state, have seen this available in most other manufacturers app

So watered down from what was promised, very unimpressed with this version
Why not call the Adblue level, “Adblue”,,,after all it is “Adblue”,,,so call it that as it was in the previous App,,,just don’t get it,,,Awful!!!
Such a shame and this is being reflected in so many of the other reviews,,,unbelievable really rather than enhancing and improving this updated version has gone in the opposite direction and made it worse,,,just hope it’s noted by Ford and they do something about it pronto!

Feature loss with upgrade
lots of people about. Why remove it? Going to vehicle and navigating to option on the screen seems so backwards when I previously could do it remotely standing next to lights I was checking. Please bring this feature back. It would also be good to be able to adjust climate settings remotely too.

Less features
Why would you delete the trailer light check? I tow a work trailer constantly and would use that feature often to know I’m all good out on the road.
Zone lighting was great as it was possible to do it remotely without going into the truck, why get rid of it?
And the owners manual is gone! Such a tech vehicle and every now and then I’d forget how to change a feature Nd having the manual on phone mad it easier to search my questions. Do I have to order a hard copy now!?!?
Bring back these features please!
App on Apple Watch wouldn’t work unless I was near iPhone, even tho a have a cellular Apple Watch (ultra2). Locking keys in the Ranger tub via watch while going for a surf and unlocking via watch is great but not so when it can’t/takes time to connect to iPhone in tub.
A feature I would love see added is after remote start I could adjust the climate control.
