I love the app and the games. I don’t like the bonus wheel and the tiny bonus amounts. For the fifth month in a row it has been hard to put together those winning streaks which makes me want to bet and play. For me- No excitement means no purchases, no play or no risky bets. But, after-all it is gambling and chance. I also love being on a team. Our team communicates and it is fun. I love honest play, chance and fun! What a crap slot app…
Way to many one word fake reviews, and fake reviews that talk about things that don’t happen or pertains to this app. Slot apps always starts out great, but like in this app after you get the stars, and diamonds for each slot game, it doesn’t allow to win anymore. If you try to bet higher the less chances to progress. If you have little cash it won’t allow to play 2m or 5m without also losing that, without trying to progress with small bets. It’s just wanting you to constantly pay money to play, to lose. If you only spend $1.99 or $5.99 each time, and even play small, hoping to progress. It won’t!! It won’t allow you to play constantly with one slot for a long period of time. It just slowly depletes your cash, where again and again asks you to spend money to continue, so you can lose that, too. Today is my first time playing. I’ve only done Slotomania, and they make too many mistakes. I am terminally ill and confined to my recliner. All my husband could afford was this iPad. This game is so good it’s addictive!! I haven’t had this much fun in forever. Thank you. I can make in-app purchases only once per payday, which is twice a month. I really enjoy playing Hot Vegas Slots each day to unwind before bed. The free credits to download during the day with their notifications are great and if I choose to play longer and need some more coin credits, they always have a great coin package for as low as $1.99 or the next package up at $4.99.
That doesn’t break my bank account and I always get a great deal, usually being able with a small purchase to build up credits again and not feel taken advantage of. Such as other Slots sites which really expensive coin packages and the games seem rigged so they have you have to purchase more and more coin packages to play.
Hot Vegas Slots are not like that. They treat you right. I’ve had to contact them once or twice when a game acted up and they corrected it and replaced my credits and were very professional and nice.

This app is extremely rigged. There are times when you may hit 2 Bonus spins, and the third wheel will keep spinning and spinning until it avoids the third bonus spin. The amount you win, is far less than what you bet. So, you could bet $10 million, and hit for only $500,000.
The bonus wheel is also rigged. Every 4 hours, I get that, but 90% of the time, it’s either $5 million or $2 million...the lowest amounts on the wheel. I used to hit $100 million a lot more, then the developers reconfigured the app so it hits way less.
It is definitely designed so that you become forced to pay for more coins; and it is a big contributor to gambling addiction. True, you have the choice to buy or not, but in the beginning, they ensure you win to “hook” you.
The only good thing they do is provide a $100 million free every couple of days on their FB page, but typically that’s gone within 5 minutes, even at only betting $5 million.
If you get addicted to apps easy, leave this one alone. Customer support is okay, but they ignore a majority of the complaints.Show lessSons Of A fan
Support is Nonexistent
When you post a bad review you get the canned apology and are told to contact support from within the app. You will lucky to get anything beyond one canned response to a support request. Then nothing if you start to ask REAL QUESTIONS and demand MEANINGFUL ANSWERS. They go dark on you.
After 2 years of paid play and over 45 days waiting on a response from the so-called ‘support’, I will be abandoning this App in a few days. I will continue to post bad reviews as often as possible about the poor customer service and the exile server situation. Not a way to treat good paying customers. You have chased myself and others away

See same old tired “standard old explanation “, new it! When you lose credibility with long time players & keep ripping them off guess what happens? This game has so many bugs an issues Raid could not cure it! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GAME! The only thing worse then being ripped by this false advertising game is the so called Help Button that leads you to “Contact Us” where they work on the standard excuses like it’s your WiFi, reload game, or we are referring it to the developers etc… If your really luck they will send you a packet of coins trying to buy you off & hope you will go away. Best of luck to all just as soon as you find a new game supported by another developer & a helpful support staff!
Well today was the end of that ticked woke up with a message that they will not pay my jackpot & next time take a screenshot! They know I am a Combat disabled veteran, double amputee with one hand & one leg! Just how am I suppose to hold an iPad with one hand & press down on two opposite sides of my iPad to do the? This is one of the BEST slots app available from the App Store.I've tried most all of the "Vegas" and slots type Apps and I truly believe that this one is much better than the rest.
This game offers several different types of slots and a new slots game is added each month. All of the slots within this App offer great in-game bonuses and free spin awards.
I believe that this App offers the best win percentage also. You will normally get a good deal of playing time on this App compared to other slots Apps that take your coins quickly with little pay back.
All in all this App rocks and I'd highly recommend it if you enjoy slots games. EnjoyShow less19jester87
Need options to disable features
The Freetime feature overlays the 2x league points feature and WASTES 60 seconds of 2x time. It is a waste of time anyways unless the player always has less then a few million points to play with. The reward is a pittance. Please provide a way to disable this feature!!
Please stop interrupting the game to force the user to push a button acknowledging a daily goal has been met, twice per goal. Again, a tiny reward, an interrupt of play, a waste. Simply award it the background, flash a message regarding the award, and move on. Or allow the user to disable that feature also.
