Great game...winning big is a blast.
Update am really loving this app. I've tried a few other but just seems to be a good payout on several games. I've only played slots hadn't tried any of the other stuff but that's what I do in the actual casino. I've already deleted 2 other apps just poor performance on payouts. This has definitely been the best app for me.
Still enjoying game. Have some favorites but it's fun to try out the new ones added.

Coins from bonus spins
There are times I lose coins from bonus spins. If I did not have to ask for assist with this it would be so much nicer but seeing as how the support is always kind and will help me when this happens, I was happy to give 5 stars. Fun game and fabulous customer support. Unfortunately the losses far outweigh the gains. I have a five star originally but after seeing this pattern of constantly being stuck down to zero trying to get above a certain point, I’m convinced it is set up the more you spend them more you get teaser wins and then losses trying to get your account back to that one time you had a huge win. Pretty sure I have spent close to $500-$600 USD playing. This game is addicting. Maybe if I were able to hang onto a good bank for more than like an hour I would raise the rating again. I use to love playing this game until I realized the people who take care of situations along the way just don’t seem to care or know wth is going on for example; the company will constantly keep popping up different players emojis in the same area where my finger has to touch the spin button which triggers it to donate to whatever player they choose to pop up randomly as it’ll touch and sense my finger so it’ll turn on without my consent resulting in the loss of billions and billions of my coins. This company keeps telling me how they can’t return my coins after the donation was made even though it was out of my control and they themselves was the cause of the donation to activate when they randomly popped up the player but refuse to take responsibility for my loss.
Friends this is very easy to understand what’s happening and to why it’s happening, the game is too hard to play when the company continues to pop up random players in the area I have to use to spin the wheel, the company is triggering donations to players against my will making unwanted donations by myself as I lose 25% of every coin that I win. Great customer service
I’ve had to change devices 3 times since having this app over a year. I had a few issues and when I contacted customer service they helped me with my issue and I got all my progress restored successfully!! I have not had to purchase coins but maybe 2 times! The game runs smooth and the slots are fast and not the slow running ones! Enjoy this the most out of all the slot casino games I have played!Show lessmuonquil
Stuck in a “request to update” loop
I had liked these games a lot from the start and would have given them 5 stars until today, when they should get one star. I’ve started to lose real money in my eagerness to win and get more spins but that’s a testament to my lack of discipline when it comes to playing fun, super addictive slot machines on my phone.
I’ve happily played for about six weeks but between this afternoon and now I am suddenly being asked to update and can’t get to the games because there is no obvious way to update. I just want to play! Very frustrating. Probably will switch to a different slot machine app. Does anyone have any suggestions? I see two other reviews where gamers have hit the endless “update now” loop and can’t get past it too.

I played this game last night for the first time it was a recommendation from a friend of mine on Facebook. I’m looking to replace some of my long-term games for new fresh fun game. And I really thought this was going to be the one it’s a lot of fun I really enjoyed it. But this morning when I tried to login and by the way I haven’t connected to Facebook yet as I wanted to try it out but I was going to do that today. But when I went to login today I got a pop-up that said update the game I thought that was odd that there was a new version since I just downloaded it last night. But that’s what it said so I followed the update and got to the same page in the App Store where I downloaded it in the first place and there is no place to update it because it doesn’t need updating so I thought how weird I crashed the iPad to see if when I restarted it that it would work properly but it didn’t it’s just a loop just says update every time but never updates! it’s just a loop and I can’t get into the game anymore so for that I give it one star if I could’ve gotten a hold of support maybe they could of helped but I couldn’t do that either too bad it looks like a great game.Show lessLmestros

I stumbled upon these slots from Bingo Heaven. They are part of “the other games”. I haven’t been able to quit playing. Such a wonderful selection of games and group missions to accomplish. I really love the challenges and club leagues. I hate losing my chips though. Keep up with the great games it truly does make my day. They also have added new games, but still taking a lot of my coins. Most days I can get away with not purchasing coins, since this has become very expensive, the other days the games will literally steal over 70 B coins from me. I will still rate this 5 Stars, because these slots really are amazing.

I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to be able to play for a little while with nothing to show for it. The more you spend the more money they want next time. I have tried to message them with my concerns and now they won’t respond back at all. I would say my last 10 time trying to get a response from them is unsuccessful. I guess they don’t make enough money from all of us suckers. I wish there was somewhere else to complain because they shouldn’t be able to have an app from the App Store because they game is rigged to get your money with nothing to show for it.I

This morning none of my slots are working correctly- they all say New Version Available, Please Download, but once downloaded, they still repeat the New Version..........etc message. I can not play the app. This is true for hit Vegas slots, Vegas rush and one other.
But haven’t been able to play any of their games for a week now as it continuously says “New version available. Please download” when I click on the “click here” button, it simply repeats the “New version...........phrase. Same as Vegas rush and hot VegasShow lessPoker mama67
