  • Can’t even start it atm

I’ve used the phone version of this app for a while, and was delighted to see a haptic-capable watch app.
I purchased my series 6 Apple Watch about a week ago and when I opened the app, it showed a loading symbol on a black screen with a second tab at the bottom, and then a second loading symbol showed up, darkening the screen slightly. It remains like this, unchanging, rendering the app useless. I would love some help, but I can’t seem to find support or other reports of this issue online...

  • Easy to use

As someone who has no musical knowledge this is so easy to use and understand.
  • Simple, free, gets the job done

The best tools are invisible, and this app is no different. If you look at the other metronome apps on the app store, you'll quickly be inundated with freemium, bloat, and *shudder* in-app purchases.

Not this one. This app features a simple, no-nonsense interface that takes care of all my rhythmic needs. It's fast, frictionless, and free of any mental overhead. Life changing as a musician, I've stopped smoking, curbed my drinking, and started talking to my family again.

  • It’s pretty good

Hi i’ve been using this for about a year now and it’s been great! The only problem i have with it is that it doesn’t allow you to do custom time signatures. I have a couple of songs that are in cut time but can’t do that because there isn’t 2/2 or a custom thing to make different time signatures. Other than that it’s great! would recommend!

  • Timing is everything

I am delighted with my metronome, adjustable speed let’s me become confident without being rushed. Absolutely excellent; thank you!
  • Love this metronome!

Super sleek and simple. Just what I need and nothing more. We have been suffering with a free metronome app that constantly displayed annoying distracting ads - even popping up with video ads in the middle of my daughter’s lesson- and constantly badgered us to upgrade to their premium service for $9 a week for stuff I didn’t want. How I wish I’d discovered this ap sooner. Thank you, pulse!

  • Disappointed

The image shows a watch. But it doesn’t sync with a watch. Does what it says but misleading when it’s not a watch app
  • Pulse

This app is awesome! It has an up/down beat for the meter I needed (of course not all the meters it offered, but the basic one). However, since I realize that I am playing wrong... for example, I am playing at the 3rd beat of a measure and then realized the Pulse app it beats on the 2nd beat of 3/3, it was a bit annoying for me. I hope you can kind of having an idea for what I wrote, or you may download it then try on.

  • Not the best for an orchestral musician.

I professionally play cello, and my analog metronome finally broke (lol I’ve used it for 6 years now), so I got this metronome. In the beginning, it worked perfectly, but not so much for any extremely fast pieces like the Wagner Flying Dutchman Overture. Also, I think there should be some subdivision possible. I would recommend this to any starting musician, but not so much anyone with extremely fast tempos. As a final suggestion, how about an acceleration feature to act for accelerandos?

  • Watch haptics too subtle, unusable.

    1. App does what it says.
    2. Watch does vibrate to the tempo
    3. Watch vibration is far too subtle. Can barely feel it, even at rest.

As such it’s unusable for my needs of a wrist-based haptic metronome.
