The company supplying this app is currently aware of a phone theft resulting in non consenting withdrawals from the cardholders account and they are refusing to refund the card holder. They have been given a full explanation of the theft, sensible “how would I cancel a subscription I don’t know about for an app I don’t have downloaded on my replacement phone” responses and they begun by offering insulting amounts (5 - 40$ of a almost 400$ total stolen) to shut me up. I have been fighting them for weeks to still have the response of technical difficulties to justify them keeping a remaining 217.75 owed in refund. You should not have to pull teeth to be treated justly in the circumstances presented to this company. Little payments get away from anyone not anal about their bank statements let alone have the time to go and nit pick through them. After my phone theft I had lots of random charges and subscriptions - in which I cancelled and blocked. One was missed, and these people are happy to profit off of a shitty situation for me making them no better then the thief that stole my phone in the airport. I would be wise to not subscribe to any of their services offered - they won’t refund you adequately, the charges are insane and worst case like me, it will be money gone for no service provided. No humanity here. Go somewhere else. THEY ARE CONSENTING TO PROFITING OFF OF THEFT, and therefore thieves themself.
