Permet d’utiliser un taxi plutôt que Uber, avec tous les avantages , comme le paiement dans l’app.

tout les bugs ont été corrigés et l’UI est maintenant parfaite‼️

Terrible app and terrible taxi company
Every single time you order a taxi, it says 3 minutes. Doesn’t matter if it takes 3 min or 20-it says 20 min. If you ride with someone and decide after that you do not want to leave a tip, you have already been charged! There is no way to get your money back. Will never use again.

Price double what quoted
App is easy to use but the price is deceptive and tip is confusing and not user friendly.
I requested a ride that was quoted from $12 to $14 and the bill was $28. There was no special traffic or delays so price deception is built into the process.
The app also seems to require setting the tip before the ride.
This difficulty using the app and fake pricing will make me use Uber in the future.
Very disappointed.

Estimation du prix trompeuse
J’aime beaucoup le service, l’application fonctionne bien et c’est assez facile d’utilisation.
Les voitures sont électriques donc c’est vraiment un plus par rapport à la concurrence.
Par contre le prix est vraiment sous estimé. Je trouve ça à la limite de la malhonnêteté. J’ai eu des courses ou j’ai payé 40% de plus que ce que j’avais accepté. Pour moi c’est rédhibitoire.

Rip off.
I was charged $25 for a $12-14 estimated ride.
Between their “error” that they admitted to but won’t refund and the default of 15% tip that the UI makes very difficult to unselect i would avoid this app like the plague.
You’re better off trusting a random cab or using a real and honest ride share app. These people are clearly scammers and should be delisted.

Mauvaise estimation
Le prix affiché quand nous avons pris la course a presque été doublé. Certes nous avons fait un arrêt mais cela ne justifie pas une si mauvaise estimation. Le taxi était très bien cependant… l’estimation n’était pas réaliste

Cancelled my precooking to the airport without telling me then it would keep cancelling after I booked. Don’t trust this app
