This app gives you nothing that saves you time or cares for you.
I’ve used a lot of airline apps and this is the most basic and least useful, once you come to your flight day.
I’m sat at the airport and the app shows the flight is on time for it’s departure but the airport’s own app is telling me about a delay.
A good app sends you alerts when there is a change of any scheduled data. Clearly they don’t use a live stream. Even using their flight status it is out of sync with the airport.
All this means that you can’t relax and eat, shop or snooze because you have to go look at flight update boards or look at airport apps.
Once on the plane, the staff make the flight very bearable and you feel like a valued customer.Show lessApplepiPHONEy

Difficult app to navigate has not got the user friendliness that other airlines have very stressful company cannot even book a seatColmacko

I was very disappointed in club class on this airline. Seats too close together to recline. Booked club class so we could recline seats without having to disturb person behind. Not worth the extra money. Staff lovely!! Also I thought club class could access the executive lounge. We were refused entry to this also. Not what I was expecting. Very disappointed!!!!
