Easy and convenient
Teo is easy, the app is similar to Uber so it's intuitive. The actual driving experience can't be beat, Teslas are amazing and the drivers are friendly and professional.

The whole trip is smooth from app book to the end of the trip. The driver is very friendly and the service is way better than regular cab. Suggest add function to leave a comment to driver if we booked by geo location. So we can specify such as "hotel main entrance". Overall it is the best cab I have ever take. Thank you :)

Great car and service!
Saw one of their Tesla on the road and got interested.
The car is fairly new and well maintained. The waiting time can be 15-20mins depending on your location as they are still expanding the current 20 or so Tesla fleet.
Driver is courteous and wears nice looking shirt uniforms. He greeted me at the hotel entrance, helped with my luggage and even help the vehicle door for me.
The cost is $40 anywhere from downtown Montreal, compared to which Uber X quoted me 32-36 in their sometime tiny and aged cars, Teo's Tesla is a no-brainer.
The only other time I got to ride a Tesla using a hailing app is in Beijing, China via YiDao (their cars have slightly better features such as sunroof and perforated lether seats). I have to say overall Tesla has the best price-quality ratio in both cases, with another big plus thanks to Tesla's spacious trunk that can easily fit into three 30in suitcases.

Not useable with a foreign Mobile Number
I had toudownloaded the App,
because I could not find a Phone Number nor Reservation Option via their Website.
But to set-up an Account you need a Canadian Mobile Number -
foreign Mobile Numbers are not being accepted nor doesE the Facebook Link work.
The Google Search shows the a Phone Number as "missing Information"
And I was stoked to use a Tesla to get from Downtown to the Airport.
But now it seems I can forget it!
because I could not find a Phone Number nor Reservation Option via their Website.
