Doesn’t work w/ US phone #
Thought I could use this on my trip to Montreal. Downloaded it and during sign up could not get past the phone # field. There’s a drop down for US phones, but kept rejecting mine. Even tried deleting the app and reinstalling—no luck.
Superb app, futuristic service.
This app is magnificently designed, very useable and beautiful. The taxi service is prompt, affordable, and feature-rich. Ordering pickup with my phone for a WiFi-equipped electric car driven by a professional feels like I’ve been propelled into the future.

Very poor
App is buggy and the service is terrible. Waited 30 minutes at Montreal Airport for a car that was '5 minutes away'. Driver kept changing and the tesla turned into a Nissan tin can. We weren't the only ones hanging around waiting for cars with Téo either. Wish we used uber or a normal dab instead. Waste of time

Excellent service
If you visit Montreal this is the taxi service to use; professional drivers, all electric vehicles, Tesla rides, reliable and pleasant.

1. If you have any back problems do not get into the KIA.
2. If there are two of you and you have more than 3 pieces of carry on luggage there may not be enough room (in the KIA.)
3. If there are 3 of you and luggage (in the Kia) odds are slim of fitting.
4. If there are 4 of you in the Kia and you have luggage NO WAY TIO JOSE! I can only see it as a general Taxi for very short distances with no luggage. The back seat must be designed for very thin teenagers, as I cannot see 3 adults fitting comfortably. If your thinking it's all relative and perhaps I am a larger person, I respect that. For perspective sake I am 5'2 105 pounds and the other person with me is 5'10 170 pounds.
5. I have had iPhones since 2007. This is the first time I have ever left a review for an app.
I emailed Teo Taxi asking two days before my departure if I could book a Tesla for a pick up in Old Montreal to drop off at the airport. They emailed back promptly saying it would not be a problem. When it came time to use the app it gave me two choices a Kia small SUV type car that could pick up within a few minutes and a Tesla with a 20 minute wait. I clicked on the Tesla. I saw on the app where the car was and it showed me a pic of the driver with a Bio. 20 minutes later it showed the car would be there in 2 minutes. We went outside the hotel and this Kia pulls up and the app happily announces that our ride was there. The driver was not the one on the profile and neither was the car we waiting an extra 20 minutes for, it was the Kia. I am sure the driver was a nice man but we were thoroughly annoyed by being mislead. We had three airline approved carry on bags (not check in size.) The space for luggage etc was so small our 3 bags each 12x9x21 barely fit, he debated putting one on the front seat. The back seat is not meant for more than two people (including my purse and small tote.)

Better than uber
Drivers are kind, background checks, certified and salaried. Way better than the way uber treats its drivers.
Easy to use
Super easy to use app. Visited Montreal for the first time and the ease of the app relieved all my anxiety trying to get from the airport to my apartment.
