  • Best app ever

    Once getting through the hurdles and getting to know the app a little bit it is so nice to navigate and such a great communication tool. It saves me a lot of time in order to do bookkeeping and invoicing. Just love it.!!
  • LOVE LILLIO (HiMama)

    We LOVE Lillio. We don’t love the name change however. We liked HiMama better. I have told so many providers and after school programs to get this app! The company has grown so much, hopefully they don’t get too big because their customer service is awesome. Hopefully that doesn’t change. All the features! Parents love it! My staff love it!! I’ve tried Brightwheel-didn’t like it. Lillio is awesome! You’ll love it! It doesn’t matter if you’re a small child care or a large center, using Lillio is great!

  • Only one complaint with this app

    It’s very annoying having to go back up to look at the next picture. It would be so convenient to be able to swipe to see the next picture/video

    We really like the app but we were uncomfortable with the former name (HiMama) because it was not inclusive of dads or other adults who may be the primary caregivers of the children in their families. We told the app makers that dads want and need to be included and that their importance in the lives of children needed to be reflected. We are so glad they changed the name to Lillio!

  • Report/activities too delayed

    Activities should be visible as soon as they are entered by provider. Daily Report should be sent as soon as child is signed out. Waiting until 6:30pm is far too late for the daily report.

    HiMama was a good, recognizable name. Who invented this new name? What the heck is Lillio?

  • New update ruined the app

    Getting a “network error” when I log in after I updated the app to Lillio. This is unfortunate because I can’t talk to my kids daycare anymore! How do I go back?
  • Photo Subscription service charge

    This has been a good app for my child’s daycare, however, this recent change to charge the user to download high quality photos veers away from the company’s mission statement and isn’t going to sit well with its beloved users. I hope others that feel the same way voice their opinion.
    If it’s an issue of hosting the data (according to the company’s response to another user’s review here), then why not host the photos for a limited time then purge the photos? If the company is looking for a revenue stream, why not offer something tangible like a print or canvas of the photo, partner with Shutterfly or something similar.
    I’m sure there are many other cost effective solutions out there that don’t involve charging the parents more money for a photo that a daycare professional took not a photographer.

    Hi there, while the free version of images and videos are the same as before, we’ve decided to provide parents with a new option to get those high-quality images. Based on feedback from our customers, we understand how valuable it is to parents to have access to print-quality images of the photos shared with them.     Our three grandchildren have attended your Preschool , each of them benefiting from the skills of your excellent staff and programs. Having the ability to view their activities through “HiMama” has allowed their Florida grandparents the opportunity to monitor their growth and development on almost a daily basis. We are very grateful for this tool as it supplements our infrequent visits and FaceTime with the grandchildren.
