App says it’s in English. It’s not!!! Purchased show tickets, account charged but go no receipt, no email to email addresses to order tickets to confirm anything. No info how/when to receive tix. Attempting to access (again, non English) app results in “server error”. Now worrying I may have been scammed out of $400 & not going to show I was trying to purchase tickets for. Lesson learned. Only buy from places you know and have used before.Nope$&@#

I opened this app only to find a mostly blank page with some words in Italian, I think. I believe I may have been scammed. Hard to find support.bearthooth

Got charged $286 for a concert I never received and can’t get any help or refund. This place is a fraud and will be sharing these reviews with everyone on every site I know. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS through here. They keep your money and you get no event tickets.Melanie_02

Horrible Site
I have ordered 2 BTS ticket on February 2020 and it was postponed due to COVID. I would like a refund because it has been over 1 year since the concerts original date. I can no longer attend the concert and I no longer have interest. I have sent various massages and I don’t even get 1 reply. Horrible, horrible site. If you want to prevent any problems I DO NOT recommend this site.Flavia Tisi
