    We’ve used resurva since 2014 it’s never given us any major issues, the app could definitely use some work, and I’m sure they are working on making it better. Resurva keep up the good work keep this platform simple and continue to make it better as always, we look forward to it and to the continued business support from you guys.

  • Most useful feature has broken

    Overall this app is functional for its purpose but it’s not going to win any awards for the user experience. The booking process is laborious and time intensive, selecting dates and finding available appoints is particularly painful.

    I used to really enjoy the ability to add my appointments directly in to my iPhone calendar but a recent update seems to have rendered this button useless now, it does nothing.

  • My Personal Secretary

    This app has helped me sooooooo much it allows my clients to book at their convenience and frees so much of up my time no more double booking or clients calling during my work hours what a relief! They have tons of cool features for example: clients can pay upfront for their service you can charge a percentage if client fails to show up to an appointment, they also have a waitlist feature if you are booked for the day it gives clients option to get on waitlist and will notify them if someone happens to cancel and you are available, these are some of my favorite features they have sooo much more!

  • Pretty disappointing

    Why is there still not a text option for clients? There’s a call option but it’s 2021. Everyone texts now. Also, the phone version is very limited. I wish you could make and edit notes on the phone version and require payment or remove require payment for clients.

    Worst app ever and to top it off they will stop you from using it when they please!!! You want to screw small businesses, welcome to real negativity

    This app needs a lot of work , crashes every time you try and view a clients past history, crashes every time you click on a clients profile , and crashes for no apparent reason , someone needs to get on top of this ASAP!!!
  • Solid app from customer perspective

    Touch ID is super helpful- I don’t like logging in each time but that makes it way smoother. I love the fact that I can book an appointment, put it on my phone calendar and set up text and email reminders within 30 seconds. Super convenient

  • Only does half the job

    The new update to the UI has broken the “waitlist” functionality. Whenever i get a notification for a waitlist opening, it just “loads infinitely” and when i try to refresh, i have to way of seeing that opening anymore!!! This is terrible.

Thanks for the review.  "Loads infinitely" is certainly something wrong on our end, and probably my fault since I wrote that part of the app.  Can you fire our support team an email (to: support@resurva.com subject: Steve broke my wait list push notification!) and let us know your email, location, and booking date and I promise I'll get to the bottom of this. -- Steve
  • Can’t reset my password

    ive been trying to reset my password 10 times and don’t get a email response from you to reset it. Nothing in my email or junk email. I have to call the barber shop to send up appointment for them. Please fix this issue ASAP

    Hey LAJetSetter, sorry for the headache. Drop us a line at support@resurva.com and we'll get this mess straightened out. We send thousands of emails a day (some days wayyyy more) and although nearly all of them arrive, it still bums me out when we get reports that some don't. -- Steve
