Although I appreciate the effort with you guys updating the interface. You did not do a good job with making sure everything runs smoothly. As a result, I am having trouble making reservations/ bookings for places that I would normally use this app for.
The app looks up fine, but once you go into your bookings, and it comes time for you to select your “provider” the app just keeps looking in search for one. As a result, I cannot complete my booking.
Please fix this issue. You guys updated a well functioning app and make it unusable.Show lessMalikk619

Hey Malikk, thx for the feedback and sorry for the problem. This was my fault. I was expecting something (sort_order) to be a number but it wasn't. We did a hot-fix just this morning that will help with providers not loading properly for some locations. Contact us at support@resurva.com if you still have issues tho! -- SteveHorrible Update

The app does the job of letting me book an appointment but the convenience is almost lost with the lack of features in this app. Every time open the app, I have to log back in which is a big pain and the lack of not being able to see my past appointments would be a really nice feature to have moving forwards.Show lessUrmomsmom700000001

Hey Urmomsmom700000001, one of the new features in 3.0 is Face ID and Touch ID. Once you login once, you can use your face or finger if you ever get logged out (sessions are 30 days long by default as of my reply here). Past appointment viewing (& rebooking) is on the radar. Pretty good but...
Not all functions appear to work with my iPhone 8 Plus. Specifically “Add to Calendar”. Also, doesn’t save login information or have Touch ID so you need to login each time which is mildly annoying. Other than that though it’s pretty good. Straightforward and never had an issue where my booking wasn’t confirmed by text or email and booking has always been successful with the merchant.Show lessTigerTheLion77
Terrible App
I downloaded this app because it’s what my barber uses. It is “unable to find location”, no matter what I put in. I’ve tried “town”, “town, state”, and even “zip code”, all to no avail. I will be deleting it and using the old fashioned phone to make an appt. Very sad that this app is such a terrible user experience because the concept is so great! Don’t waste your time trying to figure this app out. “Enter location key” how the hell do you find that?? Also when you click help it goes blank. Maybe the creators brains are blank.REAL HIP HOP2
