Please allow us to clarify that ChargeStripe is a facilitator mobile app service, we are a verified partner of Stripe, but we are independent companies. The payments and account verification are managed at Stripe's end and we are not authorised to assist in these matters. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it has caused, but we are optimistic that Stripe should be able to offer assistance to you about your payouts, if you raise this concern on their site.
No contactless!
Come on Charge Stripe, catch up to the times. Your competitors allow contactless via iPhone, no additional hardware! Been using this app for a few years now, time you updated to inc contactless, as now i'll be looking at your competitors who do.
