We recommend to use ANNKE Vision APP, You can delete the device from ANNKE view's P2P account, and then re-register an account in ANNKE vision and re-add the device for viewing. Apps need updating!
I can usually get this to work fine on WiFi but not on 4G. The app now keeps logging out. Nothing works, even tells me my password is incorrect which it isn’t. I’m sick to death of not being able to view.
It’s hardly a security system if I can’t view when I’m not home.

Can’t multitasking on iPhone while is recording.

Not user friendly
App works well

Setting up the remote control is also very .. not logical.
Cameras work great but the software needs some software updates.
