Sorry about that! We just added some new sleep target options in the latest version today so you can set your sleep amount lower if you really want to (down to 5.5 hours)

Oh no sorry about that, it looks like you may have skipped the first step in that list of setting up the apple health sync which will be required to unlock the next steps and finish the onboarding helper. (Without that, there won’t be correct data in the app for you to continue to the next step and work properly) Please email support@gyrosco.pe with more details of what you are seeing and we can make sure it is all working for you! Or if it is some sort of bug we will get it fixed for the next version so you can use the app successfully

Hey Nick sorry for the confusion here. You should have access to the Food XRAY feature in the app now, and we have made it available for free to all Gyroscope members a few months ago. To get started, press the + button in the You tab and then take a photo of your meal. Then you should see the calorie and protein information show up automatically. We are constantly making some adjustments to the app interface to make it more intuitive and simpler so some things may move and change, but we also try to send out email announcements and videos about how and why that is happening before so no one is surprised. Let us know anytime if you need more assistance!

Hey Python7899 sorry about that! Our privacy policy means our members get the best experience but they do have to pay the costs of the service as our only source of revenue - we never show ads or sell your data for example - and the costs of operating Gyroscope are quite high with servers, the latest AI models, etc. For comparison, most other AI services charge about $20 a month like apps you may have heard of like ChatGPT or Claude. With Gyroscope AI you get all of those features (which has high costs for every request, and so youll get 150 tokens per month) plus everything else like servers to store your data, building and operating the app, etc. which are unfortunately also quite expensive! However, if you want to start out and pay less you definitely can. We have Pro as our lower priced plan that is just 10% of that, so if you have a lower budget you may want to check that out!
Too noisy & unstable
I paused my subscription for roughly 6 months & have now returned to:
- An app that frequently crashes when opening
- An extremely noisy interface that is no longer intuitive. I appreciate that you’re trying to provide a comprehensive suite of health factors but the interface is now so busy that it is hard to know where to begin.
- There is now a constant barrage of attempts to make me upgrade. Everywhere I look is another up-sell.
All in all, it’s no longer a product I enjoy using.
