Updated: Working again, Excellent!
After being broken by the iOS 11.3 update, this is now working again. You’ll need to update the app and the firmware in the bulbs (via the app).
Neat bulbs and handy app to control them, does everything it says on the tin; I have room moods and timers all over the house, love the bulbs and the app.
If I was being really picky I could complain about the bulbs being Bluetooth rather than WiFi, so you have to wait a few seconds for a connection when you enter the room; and it would be nice if Alexa could control them, again she can’t because they are not WiFi. At this price point though they’re a bargain, the next gen (much more expensive) bulbs provide WiFi / Alexa etc, but for now I’m happy with these.Show lessMasonStormPI

The whole experience was smooth
I bought like 5 of these for my home
I got a light bulb in every room
Like I seriously couldn’t stop recommending them to my family and the feedback I was getting from everyone coming home was amazing
After have been a regular and loyal customer to Kasa
I have to say
ITS TIME YOU UPDATED THE APP
after the iOS update I can’t connect to any of my lights
I got a light firmware update after the update it’s even worse
The app freezes and it’s stuck on scanning

Annoying
It crashes so much. It’ll freeze up and then you have to refresh it at least 5 times and don’t even get me started on how long it took me to set up a schedule. It’s a good app with a good purpose but honestly the bugs in the app is unbelievable. PLEASE MAKE IT BETTER!Livanator12497
No currently working with iOS 11.3
Great app until this week, i can access my bulbs through the app on the iPad so assuming it has something to do with compatibility issues with latest iOS version on the iPhone. Fix please!cbear87422678321
App used to work
We actually had a lot of fun with the light bulbs and app. Unfortunately the developers have apparently not updated the app for the current iOS version. Sad to see it go.Ekaro0810
App not working
I was able to use this initially but now I can’t get my app to work and recognize my lights. I can longer even turn lights on or off at all!!!!twrchick

Absolutely the worst smart lighting system and app on the market.
The app is terrible to configure with the lights - unreliable- never maintains settings / moods of color when set...one could go on. Just save yourself the hassle.Falcon01
