WHAT APP SUPPORT???
These smart bulbs are great and so is the "app" if you have plenty of spare time to get everything set up only to find out the next day that the app is locked up!
Try the text support, it's worth a laugh or two. What they don't tell you is when the app locks up, simply turn off your iPhone, restart and keep your fingers crossed. Such a great product to be connected to such a poor tech staff!Show lessaFather
App doesn't live up to the quality of its bulbs
I have a couple of Kasa bulbs at home they offer a wide spectrum of colours. Then there's the price, a snip compared to its competitors.
The app lets it down a bit, though. As others have mentioned, it's a real faff to actually turn on a bulb. Why isn't there an option to switch them on the moment you access the app? The colour wheel is also difficult to use. A 3D colour spectrum would be preferable.
My final gripe is that on two occasions I have logged into the app and both of my bulbs have returned to default mode (as though they have been discovered for the first time) and the moods I have saved have all disappeared.
If they can fix the above bug and update the layout to make it more accessible, the app would match the quality of the bulbs.Show lessKishan_x
The App is HORRIBLE
I have 4 smart bulbs and a lighting strip from this company (not cheap) and the only way to control each of those is through this app. I can only get it to connect to one bulb/strip at a time (if I'm lucky), rendering the rest of the products absolutely useless. Pretty good but room for improvement
The app is pretty simple to use, well laid out and has some really good features.
What I'd like to see is to be able to 3D Touch your saved moods so you don't need to go into the app, that would be brilliant.
Also it can be difficult to fine tune colours on the colour wheel so hopefully that can be sorted.Show lessOllie1211212

Terrible product, what a rip off. Not at all what was advertised. App doesn't stay connected to bulbs and if there is more that one person in your household that wants to control the bulbs... think again! I either have really expensive white bulbs or very fragile paperweights!

Decent-ish
It's a decent app, but difficult to navigate and it's a bit slow but it works.
I just wish it had the option for the colours to manually cycle and slowly change automatically etc..sjames25
Pairing is great, nothing else is
I got these Bluetooth LED strips for free from an app called Total Trivia, and for free, they're pretty good. The LEDs themselves are great, they could be brighter but I don't really mind. The pairing process is simple, easy, and completely automatic. When you first launch the app, it starts scanning for the smart items that you have. This is also annoying, it has to reconnect every single time you open the app, and it takes a few seconds, its fine though, I can live with it. Here is the part where I drill into the app and point out the bad things. The color picker wheel-- cool -- barely works, you can't just tap what color you want, you have to swipe to it from another color, and it isn't accurate. The contrast slider doesn't work, if you try to slide it even a nanometer, it will make the LEDs turn light beige or light pink. The whole app is janky. The scroll wheel for the time when I set a schedule lags or moves at 0.9 fps. The settings button does nothin but scan for more bulbs or LED strips and when/if you accidentally click it, you cannot back out of it until it finishes scanning which takes what feels like 10 seconds. This is a BIG issue; it doesn't have a fade feature or even a jump feature. It cannot fade through the rainbow on its own, the app won't allow you to do it. It doesn't even have a jump feature to jump to different colors. And this is t needed but one thin that would be nice is to have a DIY feature where you can set the level of each color to be able to create your own color, or a full color wheel instead of a ring. Sorry for rambling at certain parts. I have no issue with you guys, just, please fix your app!

Works for 12 hours then stops
Worked for a day on and off then completely stopped working and had to switch back to normal bulb..DO NOT BUY.Jdrozzi
