    Everything worked fine until 11.3, now the timer won’t load and I frequently have to restart the app several time to get anything working at all. If that gets fixed all will be good :)
  • My smart colour bulbs are now dumb white bulbs...

    The app has never been great, but with enough setting up has been functional.

    Yesterday I ‘upgraded’ my iOs to find it has killed this app, and whilst it the app still loads and appears to scan for bulbs and connect as usual, it then freezes and you cannot control the smart light bulbs at all.

    My 5x smart bulbs and 1x light strip are suddenly now regular lamp bulbs, which cost a small fortune and can only be used as bright white, or off - using the trusty old fashioned light switch.

    Can Apple or Veho please resolve ASAP?
    (I don’t see why an upgrade to the operating system should impact the app?)

  • Horrible

    Lights work okay, but it takes 30 seconds to connect when you want to turn the lights on. I ALWAYS have to close out the app and reopen so it will work. After the latest iPhone update the app barely works. Gets stuck on loading screens.
  • Stupid app

    This "smart" iPad app is too stupid to auto-rotate on an iPad It's a pet peeve. The single star is for the app alone. The smart plug I got it for might have worked, but TP-Link lacked the corporate ethics to let us know upfront either in the ad or on the box that it only works with a 2.4 GHz wifi. I didn't discover it was unusable on my network till I got to the setup card underneath all the packaging.

  • A developer that doesn’t test his app or read reviews

    What kind of developer designs an app that doesn’t get updated or doesn’t read the review and act upon or respond to them when the product isn’t working. It clearly needs an update to work with the latest IOS. What is the point of submitting it and what is the point if Apple allowing it! Get it sorted!

  • BIG FAIL!!

    The app developer hasn’t updated the app and so it does work on the current iOS. Currently the app doesn’t work AT ALL with bulb. HUGE RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Cool lights, terrible app

    The lights are cool, but the app is just terrible!
    The app freezes and won't find the lights via Bluetooth... And since that is really the only way to use the lights, I give them 1 star.

    It would be nice if you could choose a random color for schedules. Meaning the color of the light changes each time it turns on.

    But I will say, when everything works, these lights are awesome! (I own 2 rope lights and 2 bulbs)

  • Update the app!

    You have a better chance at winning the Mega Millions while getting struck by lightning while being swept up by a tornado and waking up along side a yellow brick road headed to Oz than you do getting this app to work! Restarting your iPhone is your best bet for this to not freeze up on you and even then your odds aren’t as good as the absurd scenario mentioned above. Seeing similar posts from months ago leaves little to no hope in their effort to correct these errors so unless you’re someone that won their product I wouldn’t purchase ANYTHING from this company EVER!

  • Good but needs updating.

    I’ve had my Kasa bulbs for a while now and they’ve worked perfectly with the App however, they are not currently compatible with my iPhone on iOS 11.3. I imagine that an update with eventually come but for the time being I’m having to use my iPad on iOS 11.2. While this is fine for the purpose of using my bulbs I am slightly annoyed as I like to keep all of my devices on the latest OS.

    Once an update arrives then my opinion will certainly change for the better.
