Awesome app- if there were costumer service
I have enough swag points to redeem and continue to take surveys. This would be such an easy way for me to make a little extra money to make ends meet. However, there is some glitch in the app that prevents me from being able to redeem my swag points, which is pretty frustrating. The worst part is there is no one to contact about this. If they could have costumer service where you can quickly talk (even if only just to chat on the app) and were able to have their gift cards redeemed (hopefully someone will be able to help me with this problem soon), this would be a 5 star app.

Do not do it until you read...
This app robs you of your time. Survey after survey, repeatedly takes you through a long qualifying process, only to say you do not qualify time after time. Many times they are not honest: they don’t count the qualifying time in survey time, they’ll list a survey to be 8 mins, you invest that time answering their repetitive qualify questions, then they reveal the actual survey time is longer than what was indicated when you selected it. Add to that how often you get deep into a survey, many times all the way to the end, only to be DQ’d.
Every time you attempt a new survey they re ask the exact same exact same qualifying questions again, god forbid you make an error, hit a wrong key (Who has never typo’d for christ sake) and ban you, daring to call you dishonest!!!
Funny thing is these solutions are very simple to fix: 1) have every user create a user profile that contains every possible qualifying question, occasionally ask them if they have any changes orbupdates to report. This will eliminate robbing them of their time, re-asking the same qualifying questions over and over again for every single survey, while also reducing the risk of errors. 2) if there does need to be a few additional qualifying questions at the beginning of a survey, the time answering those should always be included in the survey estimate time.
Until they fix these very basic problems, stay away from this app.

I agree w many of the reviews. I find that I will complete most all of the survey and then it tells me I don’t qualify. I’ve had instances where the button I need to push doesn’t completely show on my screen so I can’t progress w the survey. I too have been told I should’ve know the date time and survey number to get credit. Who writes down each survey number? Geez. I still find it fun to accumulate points on short surveys. I hate the long ones even if they do pay more. I’ll keep doing it but if it keeps saying I don’t qualify then I’ll start scaling back more and using another site like iPoll. I wish the surveys I qualify for based on my demographics would be loaded on my profile and the ones I don’t to not even show up.

Needs much improvement
This app needs a good IT team. Many surveys get stuck and the next page won’t advance or I can complete the survey, am thanked for completing the survey, and then get zero points. More times than not I open a survey to attempt to qualify and it states that the survey can’t be completed on a mobile device. Why on Earth is it on the app if it can’t be completed? It says to copy the link and reopen on a computer. That’s not a solution. Once the survey is opened, it’s gone if you go back or refresh. Why are these problems continuing year after year with today’s technology?

Good App, Mediocre Payouts
This is a pretty well designed app that is easy to navigate and works well. They always have the most surveys available to do by far over any other survey app or service I’ve ever done. The payouts aren’t great though, and too often, something like a “5 Minute Survey” says like “Welcome. This survey will take about 15 minutes,” once you get into it. Just decide on what times vs. payouts are worth it for you, and then if you get screwed into it being way longer once you actually get started, bail.

Not a scam at all. Like it.
I've been a member of Swagbucks for years on my computer and have always liked it. Takes some time to accumulate points but it depends on what you put into it. Just got the app last week and made 10 in 4 days, which is great! I just try the surveys when I'm sitting around. If you except to make a ton or get rich, you are sadly mistaken. And yes,you get disqualified for surveys many times. Once you accept this.. you learn to be grateful for what you get. Love this app. It's great.

Swag bucks is great in that you can make some extra bucks but these surveys are not what they seem to be in that they let you do the whole survey and for some reason disqualify you and not give you the points a lot of it may be because I am do something wrong but they do not tell you why and you can get to the end of the survey and then they tell you that you only get one point after spending 30 minutes on it so the surveys are not always the greatest but the rest of it is really good I like the music videos and as well I can find out what new movies are coming out and get paid to Watch the trailers

Just signed up , what a waste of time ! 3hrs in & have not qualified for ANY surveys . What a joke . I’d make more money from a lemonade stand
