App doesn’t work
I got this app because my grandma got me this clock a few years ago and I recently started using it again and I wanted to get an app so it’s easier to set the alarm, but I download this app put in all the information and it says iHome cloud is unavailable at this moment please try again and I try again again and again never works and my clock works great but all the apps don’t work and it’s making me mad because all I want to do is set up an alarm in a quick and easy way but it doesn’t workShow lessCoca-Cola number1
Horrible products and support
It's amazing that they don't pay the summer student 10 bucks to at least update their website and their nine-year-old YouTube videos. This is a great example of a terrible company.Fluff e Cat

Useless, except to change the time/alarms easier
I’ve been using this app for about 3 years thinking at some point it would be updated. I own the iBTW39 docking station/clock that has a “smart button”. Using the app, you are supposed to have the option to hook it up to Spotify, Apple Music, iHeartRadio, “Local Music” (which only allows you to select either a single song, artist or album to play, not to shuffle your playlist), to turn your music off or do nothing at all.
After all this time, you would think that it would be able to attach to Apple Music to play my list. So these buttons and app are pretty irrelevant because I simply have to connect my phone with Bluetooth and start my list from their. Once my music is playing, I can use the “next” button on my clock to skip a song.Show lessAlly0890
Works like a charm!
It was so easy I didn’t even need the manual. I downloaded the app, opened it, and it INSTANTLY paired despite having deleted it before. Next it instantly showed up options. I look at my clock... BAM! 😲 The right time is being displayed. I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. 🤷🏽♀️unknown.I'm not telling.

This app doesn’t work with any of their devices that don’t output a signal out of the box. Some devices, like the plugin, require you to scan the barcode first and this app doesn’t allow for that. Their old app was better because at least it worked.ddare44
Needs lots of fixing
I got the clock as a present and I like the fact that it’s a clock as well as a speaker. The buttons on the clock are really hard to press so I use the app to set the alarm. Every single time I get on the dang app it says “finding devices” or the alarm page will continue loading. It is so annoying and frustrating. The amount of times I’ve actually gotten the app to work are low. That needs some fixing so it’s not always crashing.Show lessCora163

Multi function Bluetooth alarm clock radio has zero info how to use this IBT29 alarm clock radio lame useless apps cannot use all functions with this and zen supposed to be able to change the lights and call answer no good app and no customer support service from the cons.buhnerbc
Garbage app developers hate you!
I was blackmailed into getting this app, my old app that I could simply set my phone on do used to set my clock was disabled. And then I was blackmailed into getting this app which does not work. This is garbage, it used to take five seconds to set my clock . Open the app set my phone on top boom done. That functionality is gone, developers hate people.
