Inevitable
For some reason you have to not only pair your device to Bluetooth, but the app as well (instead of using the device’s pair). I had a feeling this would eventually happen - the app was paired, but now can’t find the device - just spins. Deleting and adding the app did not help nor did doing the same with the actual device. This app came out four years ago and hasn’t been updated in three, so no surprise there are problems. I’ll never buy another iHome device - they’re cheap, overpriced and ill supported.Show lessJ.Hanshaw

App is seriously out of date, and broken
I have a BT297V2, which in its own manual says compatible with this app. I’ve never got it to work with the device, I only ever got the app to work with a different device once, never worked again after that. It always gets stuck on looking for devices. Tried every troubleshooting thing I could find, nothing worked. Update your app to make it work better.Show lessCubejunky
Alarm 2 missing?
Hello. I have a newly gifted iBTW39 for my iphone 12 pro. App and clock worked great for a few weeks and then suddenly the 2nd alarm is completely gone from the app screen. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled, restarted phone and still no 2nd alarm. Then out of blue last night the app refused to connect. Saw someone else had a similar issue so I followed those directions and was able to get the app to connect again, but the 2nd alarm option is still missing. Help please.Show lessGatorcatch7

This app doesn’t load anything, it feels like your just waiting forever. I don’t like waiting loads that don’t work.behrjr

I have the same problems as many other users. This is enough to tell you (the company) to take action. The app is just not picking up the device and it always stays on the loading screen.PLZ FIX YOUR APP PLZ
Okay but needs work
The app is good and all, but it’s an issue that I can’t even access it. Needs update badly because the app constantly gets stuck on loading screen.xxkidkrypticxx
Same problem as everyone else here.
Just doesn’t seem to reliably connect to the device. We have (2) iBT297’s. One in each kid's room. We haven’t had to use the app since last March when the schools shut down and we turned off their alarms. Now that school’s back in, we’ve been trying to fine tune their alarms but each time have to do it manually because the app won’t connect to one or the other. There are many features that would be nice, but I’d just be happy if the app would reliably connect to the device.Show lessHitlength
