  • Is 1 star the lowest??

    I bought the iBT297 and the app worked good for about a week back in October of 2018. It has not worked since December of 2018... very frustrating and beginning to feel like this clock is not living up to what it offers. Customer service is terrible.
  • Is anyone listening

    Is anyone listening to the issues people are experiencing? Does anyone care? Is there another app I can use with my ibt297?
  • How do I connect it?

    I got the ihome ibt62 a while ago and saw this app. I figured it would be cool to be able to control the lights and things like that. I downloaded the app and I just said “Welcome To Enhance!” And it won’t connect. I have it connected to my phone but the speaker won’t connect to the app. I anyone could help me with this that would be wonderful.

  • Needs Improvement

    I liked this app when I first downloaded but it’s slowly stopped working - my biggest grievance is that the alarm page in app never loads, which is one of the main reasons I liked this app! The alarm feature made it so convenient to change alarm times but now that it never loads it’s pretty much useless. I’ve deleted app and updated, please send out patch.

    The app worked for a few weeks then quit opening up. I purchased the alarm clock/speaker so my phone and it could sync from separate rooms. Eliminating the need to carry my phone everywhere to time and to no longer use my cell as an alarm clock. Unfortunately the app stopped opening all together so I’m unable to control the alarms. I tried the method suggested in other review reply’s, (unplugging and resetting) but they did not work. It’s be nice if the creators updated their app considering a lot of their products rely on it. Last update was a year ago 👎🤷🏻‍♀️🤔

    I apologize for the delayed response. Holiday season caused a backlog with customer inquiries. Make sure location services is turned ON. If it is off, the app will not auto connect when within 30 feet of the unit. Looking forward to your updated review. Best Regards, iHome Support
  • Does it’s job

    The only reason I give 4 star rather than 5 is because I tried to download the melody app for the voice activated assistant and it said the app wasn’t available in my country/region and would not show up... so a little upset because I do live in the USA 🇺🇸 so not sure what happened but this app 10 out of 10 would recommend!

  • Needs just a touch

    This app in all is pretty good! However I don’t know how to add another ihome device. I have looked around the app but haven’t found anything. I have reseted my Bluetooth but it still didn't do anything. Otherwise this app is good and I would recommend it!
  • Pretty good

    The majority of the app is wonderful, but the alarm section is where I seem to get problems. I have tried to set multiple alarms in the alarm tab but whenever I put in an alarm time it always changes it back to the default times(6 and 7). I have resorted back to the App provided on my phone for alarms now. It would also be nice if there were a variety of different alarm sounds provided.
    I haven’t experienced any other problems within the app. So other than my problems with the alarms it is a good app.

    A suggestion is that if there were a section where you could create a “playlist” of colors. So for example you could create a winter playlist and include colors like blue, white, gold, etc.. It would be nice to have certain colors put together in our own order to coordinate with a theme in a room or to just spread a good vibe!

  • Same Issue as Previous Reviewer

    As for step two in your instructions, are you saying I have to disconnect, or “forget” my other Bluetooth devices, such is my Apple Watch and/or FitBit? Those are a pain to reconnect. I tried to work around by turning Bluetooth off, but then when I open the app, it wants BT turned on.
  • No sound out of speaker.

    Hello I have a Bluetooth speaker iBT68. I have a iPhone XR. The speaker was working before now it has no sound come out of the speaker I have tried everything from resetting and reconnecting to and off my phone. Is there a way to reset the speaker?
