Unusable in “Dark Mode”

We are sorry to hear you are having a problem. We have tested the app on multiple scanners in dark mode and are showing no issues at this time. We would appreciate an update on this if you are still having a problem. Are you willing to share what facility you are trying to check in at? Also what IOS version is your phone on?
None of the functionality works

We apologize for the delay in responding. The barcode is assigned when you sign up. If you didn't make a note of it, you can call your fitness facility and get that barcode number. The reason we require both when you reset your password is because the app stores sensitive billing information on your account. This is to protect you as the consumer.
Needs a lot of work beware of facilities that use this app

It has issues with username/password not to mention how awkward it is to schedule a class.
