  • Stressed me more than it relaxed me

I'd really like to like this game. It's cute and pretty and has nice music.

It also has a snail and I'm terrified of insects including snails. I managed to get rid of it but it came back as soon as I returned to the main screen from the nursery section of the game. I found this pretty distressing and it seems strange I can't delete the snail permanently.

I feel a little bad rating this so low but this is meant to be a relaxation game and I've come out more stressed than I went in!

  • Very sad bug

I loved this game, this was probably the most time & effort I've ever put into an app on my phone, it's the end of December at this time and I think I downloaded it in March or April? It's lovely and so calming, but after so many months of cultivating plants, planting new seedlings, and checking on them literally every day all my plants reset. Like, to the beginning completely. I didn't delete the app and redownload, and the last time I updated was in November, so it can't be that. I was in the middle of watering them and suddenly most of my plants disappeared and reset to the very beginning configuration (like 6 or 7 seedlings, not adult plants)

I'd had them arranged so that I had 2 aloes and an agave all together, and a couple of the hanging down guys - it was a ton of plants - and now all of them are gone :( I don't even think there's an option to restart the game with new seedlings, so I've no idea how this could've happened (it was even a different pot, which is weird, but that's changeable so it didn't bother me nearly so much)

  • wonderful, amazing

i've had multiple breakdowns before and this app's lovingly calm music was what helped calm me down each time.

viridi is an awesome app if you want a nice, relaxing experience taking care of a cute pot of plants if u can't have that responsibility irl like me.

P.S. to name a plant (or snail!) tap on its name, and to sing to a plant, zoom all the way in on that plant and leave it zoomed in. after ~30seconds, music bars will appear and your plant will grow a little bit faster!

  • Oasis

This is a gorgeously relaxing app, the succulents are beautifully colored and modeled and the whole atmosphere is incredibly calming. It's always exciting when you first click on the app and watch the time lapse catch up to the current time, plants grow and weeds sprout. The music is throughly lovely and the ability to sing to the sproutlings and snails is incredibly adorable. I love the fact that the little plants can be named! I've named mine after virtues and am considering buying another pot as this one is almost full. The new versions have brought excellent new content and bug fixes, adored the bat that came for Halloween. The new weather changes add to the overall feel of the game. Just last night I clicked the app and was greeted by a little swarm of brightly glowing fireflies! This is one of the most beautiful things I've seen all week and I watched the little lights float around for a long time. This game is certainly a little oasis in the long busy days and I'm looking forward to coming new versions!

Love this app but could use an update maybe to support the new iOS a little better
  • My Favourite App

I've loved this app as soon as I started using it. The graphics and soundtrack are beautiful, and there is absolutely no pressure - to spend money, to race against time, to complete tasks. I love all my succulents and the little snail that lives on the pot.
  • Cute lil' game!

Cute little game which is really beautiful and finally allows for me to grow plants without instantly killing them!
