Low deck area is not working
I bought this game the past few days, but when I’m trying to open one clue (coat with bugs) The game is not allowing to do it. It’s the only area that I having problems and I cannot advance in my game because this. Please refund my money. I did everything that this tech. Page recommends since yesterday but still broke the game. Please fix it or refund my money. I paid $2.99 plus tax.

Absolute rubbish, purchased this game and now won’t load, have tried all the usual delete and redownload and reboot I pad but nothing works. REFUND PLEASEriggy62

It will not download.
When I try to download, Bug fish logo flashes on then, Nothing.
I asked for a refund but was refused.

This is the second Big Fish game in 2 days with the same issue, also unable to buy at the offer price of £2.99 as others have found but not eligible for a refund when I put in a complaint.

Although this game was offered at £2.99, when I tried to purchase it I had to pay the full price of £6.99. I wasn’t given an option to buy at the discounted price. Come on Big Fish, don’t you make enough money out of us, or do you have to misrepresent your prices in order to make even more money. The game itself was really good, lots of variety in the mini games, good story. In fact , overall, an excellent game. I wouldn’t have minded paying the full amount without the 40% discount, but I do feel as if I’ve been cheated when it was offered at £2.99 and charged £6.99.Show lessSaphie 25

Don’t advertise 55% off and then try to charge “full price” - I have never paid more than AU$4.99 for one of these games and don’t intend to start now! If it ever comes available at an acceptable cost I’ll buy it and rate it: until then you can whistle for your money.Pipeman1946
