Happy Until Recently
Still having issues. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and now I can’t sign in. I keep getting a message saying there is a JSON error. So frustrating.
We’ve been using the Withings thermometer for almost a year now. I’ve been so happy with how easy it is to keep track of my kids temperatures when they’re sick. However, as of a month or so ago the app has stopped bringing in the temperature readings and I can no longer find the unassigned readings / assign them to a family member. I still get the notifications through my phone and Apple Watch, but they’re not being added to the timelines. I’ve looked in all the settings and can’t find anything. Now that I’ve come here to review I’m even more confused since it seems there hasn’t been an update to the app for several years. Why did this app just stop working if nothing has changed.
