Used for 6 years software is dying
Used this everyday for 6 years for my daughter. I wanted to show her the lights that come along with the lullabies as we only every used the music. Upon changing the music the camera was no longer able to play lullabies but push to talk still worked. I Followed guide to factory reset but no luck.
Feels like the file was cached on the device and by switching it was purged. Are the paths to load the lullabies still valid? Please help so I don't have to explain to my daughter why her "Chopin Machine" doesn't work due to IOT hardware abandonment.Show lessDeveloper Response

When I set the music and lights timer the lights on the camera turn on, but the music does not. The timer never counts down and if I exit the app then the lights on the camera turn off.Developer Response

I get stuck in the installation process. I find the camera, click from the drop down menu, then it goes back to the find camera menu. Endless loop, and stuck with a camera that can’t be used..Developer Response
