  • Used for 6 years software is dying

    Used this everyday for 6 years for my daughter. I wanted to show her the lights that come along with the lullabies as we only every used the music. Upon changing the music the camera was no longer able to play lullabies but push to talk still worked. I Followed guide to factory reset but no luck.

    Feels like the file was cached on the device and by switching it was purged. Are the paths to load the lullabies still valid? Please help so I don't have to explain to my daughter why her "Chopin Machine" doesn't work due to IOT hardware abandonment.

  • Music and lights timer does not work

    When I set the music and lights timer the lights on the camera turn on, but the music does not. The timer never counts down and if I exit the app then the lights on the camera turn off.

  • Cannot connect

    I get stuck in the installation process. I find the camera, click from the drop down menu, then it goes back to the find camera menu. Endless loop, and stuck with a camera that can’t be used..

  • Company no longer supports

    It’s a shame - the hardware is just fine, but the company no longer supports the product. It would be nice if they offered a third party solution so we could continue using the hardware but with a software service that is maintained.

  • Superb hardware bad software

    Anyway we can get the developers to comment on new software/firmware updates and most over the app update?
  • This company has no respect for their customers

    This product keeps resetting, also forget the account. Not fit for intended purpose and the delays are huge, reliability is questionable. There is one solution Never buy Withings again. In other applications the features of product you have paid their product disappears. They clearly miss-sell all their products

  • Outdated but does the job

    I have 3 of these cameras around the house because I have kids and dogs around. It’s easy to transition from cam to cam. It sometimes loads a bit longer than other times but gets the job done. I think there’s room for improvement but overall satisfied. I really hope they come out with a newer camera that has the air quality intergraded. Let me know!!! I’d like to try it out.

  • Horrible product

    I wish I could give negative stars. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this product for anyone who’s looking to monitor their child, pet, etc cause the app takes decades to even switch to active monitoring. When the camera does finally decide to turn on/connect or whatever, the stream is so spotty you can barely get a stream at all. This product is definitely the worst camera I’ve owned and I wouldn’t trust it to monitor anything.
