  • App doesn’t work

    Crashes during Wi-Fi sync process. Tried everything but still creeps crushing.

  • Scam

    Paid for their service. Camera and app doesn’t work and there is no way to remove payment info off their website.

  • Fails when activating camera due to 2fa, works well without 2fa

    I created a new account without 2fa and was able to add/activate the camera without any errors. Please update the Home Cam app to integrate with your 2fa implementation.

    It only worked for about two weeks now the app doesn’t work so can’t use my cam smh no good

  • Quite frankly the worst app

    I wish, like many others I could rate this app a negative star. They tried to update it and it’s possibly worse than before. The live view reverts to older images and so features like turning on the music or lights is not an option in addition to not being able to monitor your child.

    Both the hardware and the app are horrendous. Aside from the fact that the camera works sometimes, I’d say both the hardware and the app border on not even being functional.

    the camera works for a very short time and is disposable. the support does not change it or give you a solution I was a user who bought the device It just came on the market and they never gave me a solution and like other users the software does not work, I have the team in Spain 2 years ago and I never found a technical service. do not buy is a scam

  • No Sound / Baby Monitor Mode not working

    I had high hopes for the latest update as there have always been issues with this app regarding reliability. I’m not sure if it’s the apps fault or apples.
    Every time the battery charge notification comes on it turns off the baby monitor mode on the front screen
